Sink was installed two months ago and has terrible water spots and other unattractive marks that polish / cleaners will not remove.

We installed this sink and within weeks had rust. The initial response from Kraus was that it was not rust and must be mineral deposits from the water. After many emails, conversations, and pictures Kraus acknowledged the sink was in fact rusting. They sent a replacement no charge. I see others reporting rust and Kraus giving the same automatic response that assures the customer that the sink is incapable of rusting. Buyer beware rust is a risk you take with this sink.

The 1963 orginal kitchen needed a complete ugrade renovation. First thing to go. Dated double cast-iron sink. No brainer when my wife seen this modern stainless steel farmhouse apron sink. The modern looking sink had the look we wanted. And the quality 16 gauge stainless steel and the perfect look to bring our dated kitchen into 2023. Also included are a dish grid to protect the bottom. A drain assembly incase you do not install a garbage disposal. And a dish towel. Lots of useful info included manual. So please give it a read. The kitchen being completed is a couple weeks out. Already getting compliments on the sink. So far everyone loves our new design and our beautiful new sink.

Purchased this for my kitchen remodel and have only used it a few weeks after the remodel is done. Already developed 3 dents on the most visible part of the farmhouse sink. Their customer service responded promptly to my warranty request, but all they offered was a replacement sink, I mean that's ok if it was an shipping damage or product defect prior to installation, but what am I going to do with a replacement sink after I have already installed new cabinets and countertop? Terrible, stay away

So far this farm sink has been wonderful! Beautiful accent to our kitchen and so much room! I love the new look to our kitchen. Such a fresh and new look! Definitely satisfied with this purchase:)!

We purchased this sink while remodeling our kitchen a year ago. The sink has performed very well and still looks new. We did add the bottom grids which help eliminate minor abrasions from pots, pans, and metal utensils etc. The do wipe the sides of the sink with a paper towel to eliminate water spots. Great product that we highly recommend.

I am disappointed in this sink. It is not scratch resistant. We have had it less than a few months and there are already large scratches. I bought it because all the reviews said if you use bar keepers friend it removes the tiny scratches but even that’s not true. My old sink was better than this and looked better than this and it was probably 50 years old. Obviously they know you won’t want to change your sink after it’s been installed so they don’t really care about their product.

I purchased this sink in August of 2021 and it was installed in October of 2021. I chose the sink because it was a nice looking sink with a nice finish and produced by what I thought was a reputable manufacturer. Unfortunately, the day of the counter installation we discovered that the sink had a bow across the top mounting face of the sink. In other words, the top of the sink that mount against the countertop was not level so there a sizeable gap along the joint between the middle of the sink and counter. At that point, it was to late to stop the counter installation and attempt to try to get a replacement sink, so I'm stuck with the bowed sink and gap. This speaks to very poor quality control by Kraus, I would not recommend this product and regret the purchase.

One of the best purchases we made during our first (and hopefully only) home renovation. Everything was redone in the olive green kitchen. And this huge sink with a KPF- 1602 faucet was my pick. We bandied about all the other choices a few hundred times but there was only one choice for my kitchen.

I guess i would call myself a loyal Kraus customer by now. i bought their geo-axis faucet in my last home and when i did a kitchen renovation in my current home, i went straight to their products. i bought the same faucet but this time, i was limited on the sink size and it had to be a drop in. still, out of all the competitors products, kraus offered the nicest, most sleek looking product, nice & deep, 16 gauge, all that at a great price. everything i wanted. i did, unfortunately, have a problem with the draining of the water initially. step in, Michael R. i think he is the manager or supervisor of kraus but i call him My Customer Service Superstar. this man will stop at nothing to make sure the customer is happy. He checked the batch # for any production issues, had me check that the sink and counter was level all around, verified that my plumber installed disposal and p-trap properly. His 1st suggestion, was to use barkeepers friend and that really really helped alot. he even sent me a bottle of their liquid product to see if i would get any better results. i actually found the powder version of barkeepers friend worked the best. Now, i am comfortable with the water draining and using the sink is a joy. I am all about customer service and i can tell you that you not find another company that will give you the customer service that i have gotten from Kraus.

We love this bar/prep sink for our client projects. Easy to clean and always pairs nicely with our design aesthetics we're blending into the space. The price point is always right on as well.

This is an excellent sink bundle for the price. It looks great, cleans easy, and was everything we were looking for. The sink is very comfortable to use, I love the faucet settings. The faucet is excellent, buttons are easy to use and don't stick. I've had this sink for 5 years now and, haven't had a single issue. My ONLY criticism is the ease which the front stainless scratches, but that's really not a surprise. I wish I had known and been a little more careful. Highly recommend, would buy again.

Aside from the gorgeous looks, the rounded corners are easy to clean. The quality of the finish is fantastic in that it matches the rest of my stainless steel appliances. The middle divider's height is perfect for filling up half of the sink to clean dishes yet thin enough to look interesting. It definitely is a conversation starter. Future models should have three or even four holes too.

This is one of the nicest sinks I have ever had it is beautiful.

We just installed Quartz Countertops in our kitchen, and replaced a 2 bowl, standard, shallow stainless steel sink with our new KRAUS Single Bowl 32” Undermount Stainless Steel Sink. We couldn’t be more pleased. It’s beautiful. It’s spacious. It drains well. We love the stainless steel grid. The 16 gauge stainless and soundproofing is excellent-so much more quiet that our previous sink. The look and quality of the drain and strainer, which also received many other approving comments in the reviews, is so nice we decided to use that instead of our garbage disposal, and that has worked out very well so far. Garbage disposal aren’t good for your pipes anyway, and frankly the strainer works perfectly fine. My only caution is to make sure you do not use any abrasive sponges on the sink. We have both abrasive and non-abrasive, and I mistakenly started using the wrong one. Thankfully just a few minor scratches in and area difficult to see, and I caught myself. Follow the instructions that come with the sink-use a soft cloth or sponge-and all will be fine. Thank you Kraus for an amazing and beautiful sink.

This sink looks SO nice in my 1971 kitchen. It's large, sturdy, and is extremely nice to look at. We live in a rural area (but not necessarily a poor area), and our plumber said he believes we are the only house in the county that has a 16-gauge sink in the kitchen. Looking forward to many years of service from this really nice sink.

This sink was installed yesterday. I woke up this morning to rust spots. Is this normal?

The sink is beautiful and spacious however,was only installed a month ago and we have numerous scratches on the bottom. We use the protective grates. I also made a mistake in ordering as I did not realize it was not a polished , brushed stainless steel which would hide some of that. It is a little too shiny for my taste and the water spatters do not seem to drain off. But I do just love the size of it.

I expended a lot of effort looking for the "right Sink" when i decided to remodel my very small kitchen, and the only location for the sink was in the corner. I could not afford to give up too much counter space and hated the idea of a D-bowl shallow depth sink. This Sink fit just perfect and is as visually appealing as it is practical. This project isn't finished but i can't wait to start using this awesome looking Sink. Thanks Kraus!

My husband and I live on a bay where we often go crabbing. Sometimes we catch several crabs and need to cook them in a huge canning pot. It doesn't fit in the dishwasher, and it didn't fit in our previous sink. It fits easily into our new, deep Kraus sink. We enjoy the crabs more knowing it will be easy to clean the pot! Add to that the durability of the heavy-gauge stainless steel and the beautiful look of this sink, and we feel like our kitchen is heaven.

Only had the Kraus sink for a week..but it is great. Love the one tub and low sound. The grate is very handy. I am very pleased and would buy Kraus products again.

Beautiful sink that looks amazing! However water doesn’t completely run down to the drain in the side.

I am quite pleased with my 30 inch Kraus sink. it looks amazing in my kitchen. Just make sure you wipe the water out at the end of the day to avoid water stains.

So far the sink is great. Nice looking and heavy duty. Install was easy.

I am so in love with my Kraus sink!!! I looks gorgeous, is so big and handles all my giant pots! I highly recommend this sink!! Love it!!
