If you are a weekend warrior you can put this up and paint it in a week or month. No rush. Easy to cut with a hacksaw or box saw. Easily trimmed with a box knife for that professional finish.

Horrible Trim Material
The most horrible trim I have ever worked with! It is very hard to start finishing nails and once the nail is set you are left with what looks like a volcano standing proud around the hole.
If you plan on using this make sure you have a good electric or air finish nailer.

I keep a stock of this product on hand because I install bathrooms professionally for a living. Every once in a while I need some quarter round trim. I use this MDF product because it doesn't absorb water like real wood does. It also is easier to cut and trim without splitting.
