Cheap and easy to work with. I put two coats...
Cheap and easy to work with. I put two coats of primer on it and painted it and it looks like much more expensive baseboard. Easy to work with and a great bargain.

When I compared it to my old molding I noticed...
When I compared it to my old molding I noticed that the new molding is about 1/16 “ thinner, so I could not connect a 45 degree miter to the old molding.Buyer check the thickness also.

It was straight & clean. Easy enough to cut with hand saw. Looks beautiful, sealed top & bottom. I plan to paint high gloss paint that will be more pretty as well easy to clean.

The material matched that which was already being used on the job. Unfortunately some water accumulated on the floor and destroyed the old material. The material was easy to cut and fit but not a long lasting product
