Great value
I bought this for a housewarming gift. Well they had this same machine! Soooo I just had to keep it myself. Lol So glad I did. Singles during the week and a full pot on the weekend. The best of both coffee worlds! You can’t go wrong.

Makes a huge mess
I loved the idea of this but some design features get in the way of function. The carafe has a flat spout so it drips all over your counter every morning especially if you’re pouring more than one cup. The hot plate rim is also too low. I have to double check every night if the carafe is centered or there is a giant coffee explosion when I wake up in the morning and when that happens it is impossible to clean the machine without leaking the internal water reserve all over the counter and kitchen.

Impressive coffee maker
This coffee maker meets all my expectations. Love the Pods and waiting to have a gathering to try the carafe and Pods together.

Almost perfect
I’ve had this Keurig for about 4 months and the carafe pot is already coffee stained worse than any coffee pot i’ve ever had. Otherwise it is exactly what I’ve been needing.

Disaster
I've had this heap about a year and well yeah... "Descale" came on with in 3/4 pots of coffee, can't get rid of that. The coffee pot leaks so badly when you try to pour a cup of coffee! It runs down the face of the pot and all over the table, floor or your wife's cute little coffee station! Do not buy!

Thank you for your review. To clear the descaling light, hold down the 8 and 10 buttons together for three seconds, this should clear the message.
This thing is awesome
I’ve seen negative reviews on this K-Duo and that’s so sad. There’s not enough good things that I can say about this machine. Awesome sums it up. I’ve not had it but a few weeks and simply love it.

The worst!
Received this coffee pot combo as a Christmas gift and the coffee pot itself is already permanently stained. Never in my life has this ever happened before and the coffee does not sit in the pot for an extended period of time either!

Cold coffee and leaky carafe
We bought this model a week ago and we're at first very pleased with the product. However, after the first morning of use and everyday since, we have found that our coffee doesn't stay warm in the carafe and that the carafe also leaks. The leak appears to be between the black lid and stainless steel body. We are very disappointed and felt the product was too expensive to be drinking cold coffee from a leaky carafe.
