the unit is works well. it cools my room very well. My only issue is that the unit is too loud.

It fit nicely into the sleeve and cools well.

Shrieking and buzzing noisy on and off after turn on . It is a brand new one. I have to return and replace to another one. It is frustrating because handyman has installed near ceiling wall in my office. Don’t buy this wall air conditioning unit.

Installed this in our 2 car garage. I like to work on projects out there, and this ac unit make it much more enjoyable in the Florida heat and humidity. Works great, is larger capacity than normally specified, but pumps down the temperature when I want to work in the shop, without having it on all the time, really drops the humidity also. Very pleased with the unit and home delivery.

My biggest concern is that its loud. I bought some foam side panels to add inside the case. Hopefully this will muffle some of the echo.

Very easy to install. Cooled living room, kitchen and hallway ( around 500 sq ft ) in no time. Fit in my GE wall sleeve without any problem. Also came with new rear grate & bezel for the front of the a/c. I am very satisfied with this product.

Delivered fast. Cools efficiently for 700-800sq ft home. A little loud in my opinion. Used sleeve that was in the wall and trim kit(included) did the job ! So far its great !

Once installed it was leaking water the second time using it. When we removed from the wall there was at least 2 gallons of water that spilled out. We had to return it.
