Serious recall situation! The pin was inserted too far from the factory! Consequently a screwdriver was required to remove the PIN to enable the trigger to be activated. Not good! Fortunately I inspected the extinguishers first, had this been a real emergency it would have been a very serious situation!

One of the extinguishers was exactly on the line between full and empty. The other was fine.

I can only state that I think it is good value for the money. I hope to never use it

Terrible - box was opened and 1 canister was empty. Box was full of dust inside and out

Great value for 2 extinguishers. I put 1 next to the kitchen and the other in the linen closet near the bedrooms. They were very easy to hang.

I ordered on-line for store pick-up. When I went to pick-up the box was taped - had been opened. Got it home and the "white" or kitchen fire extinguisher had the pin pulled and spray was in the box - and now on our kitchen table. Returned to store for refund. No way it should have been shipped by Home Depot to the store for me to pick up. I have pictures to prove what I have outlined. Horrible service by Hope Depot on this order. I had also purchased a twin pack of regular fire extinguishers - no problem. I have attached a picture to show how the other box "should have shipped."

The fire extinguishers came with no charge, so basically they were empty and would not function if needed. The serial numbers of the products are A97040373 and A37516693.

A need for the house that is especially old. Easy to mount and just then right size for easy access

They seem to be good quality. Hopefully I never have to use them

We bought these to replace some old extinguishers. It was a nice kit of two to cover both combustibles and grease types of fires. We have these mounted just off the kitchen. Never had to use one, though so I can't say how effective they are extinguishing. Ordered thru internet (A*******) but they lost our order so went to HD to buy in person. Came well packaged. The red extinguisher comes with a mount with a strap. do not detach strap, it simply folds up and wraps aroung the body of the ext.

I bought two sets, one for my travel trailer to update the older ones and the other for everyday drivers in my truck. It's better to have them than not have them for emergencies on the roadways. It's just a smart buy!

Ordered on October 27 - Still not delivered on Nov 16! My last order for delivering to an address!

I did the research and learned that I needed to purchase the white extinguisher for kitchen grease fires and red for general fires. They came in a set to make it easy. Hung them on the wall for easy access. Came with hanging hardware.

Easy to mount and clear directions for use. The size and weight make these practical for even a small person. Feel relief having these.
