This for worked perfectly for our application! Our contractors were able to install the hardware and stain it to match our cedar wainscoting in our 120-year-old home. We also purchased the storm glass insert for cold weather protection during the winter.

Good quality overall from what I can tell. Time will tell in terms of the overall durability and quality so ask me in five years from now, right? :)

It came in good shape. I cut some off top and some off each side. I affixed flat brackets to face near each corner to strengthen (just in case). I removed the screen to paint white. The black paint on the screws holding the screen in place flaked off easily when unscrewing. After cutting, I installed door to check for size, and overnight it expanded a little, so the next day I sanded a little off the bottom. The screen also didn't fit into its space easily this next day. The wood didn't come smooth in places. I've now applied a primer coat and first coat (even though instructions say to apply two coats of primer and sand between). As I worked on it, cutting space for hinges (does not come with hardware), attaching handles, and removing/reinstalling screen, I noticed the joints seem to be secure, but then again I attached those braces at corners.

Cheap thin wood that cracked 3 days after installation.

Very nice door. Not sure if available but would like a piece of wood across the center to avoid my grandkids from pushing on the screen to open door from inside.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. On the bottom part of the door, the pieces were shabbily cut and did not fit properly. There were up and down stiles That were short and had a 1/8 th inch gap. For the amount of money I paid for this door and reading their description of their workmanship, I expected top notch quality. It wasn’t! If I knew then what I know now, I would not have bought it.

This door meets expectations it was better than what I expected due to some of the reviews I read. The door is well built with quality materials and is very pretty. It has been installed for about a month and has not caused any issues. One thing to be aware of is the door has a large area of screen. If you push on the middle of the screen to open the door or the closer you install pushes the screen into you it would probably start stressing the screen. I installed a 1x4 across the inside of the door (about butt high) that I push to open or let hit me in the backside when closing. All in all I'm pleased with the door.

We installed 2 of these doors and are basically happy with them. We ordered 2 of the specific Kimberly Bay glass inserts for these doors in anticipation of next winter. Unfortunately the glass inserts don't fit being too tall by a 1/8" requiring some chiseling of the channel on our brand new doors. Not happy. Perhaps a one off manufacturing defect but a certain aggravation.

It's a beautiful door, but we returned it in order to get a door with full glass for more light.

This door is beautiful, my husband had no issues when installing. Very happy with how well it is made.

It was not exactly what i would call square from top to bottom of door,+ or - 1/8 '' the lower panels had a very rough finish where they were ran through router for the radius on them.

Very nice well built doors, but do not measure a full 80”, so you will have to add a door sweep to cover the gap.

These doors were easy to assemble. They are very elegant looking. We stained ours to match our existing pergola stain color. I love that these screens pop out if needed for repairs. The design of the door makes it look expensive. I have had them for about 2 months.
