Sleek and attractive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator about 3 months ago as part of the KitchenAide package (Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher & Refrigerator). We are extremely happy with all of the appliances in this package.
The only feature we believe could use improvement, is the ice dispenser on the door. It’s difficult to dispense without some ice cubes falling to the floor.

Happy overall

Big Decision; Happy Results!

Exterior color, inside and outside features and, most importantly (for me) was would it fit in the current refrigerator's enclosed location. This KitchenAid answered all my requirements. Sometimes, I just walk by and open the door to look at how nice the interior is! Hope this model is suitable for you.

Refrigerator

Water dispenser did not work on first one ordered, and the door gasket was messed up on the second one. My only complaint about it is that you can not sit the coffee pot under the water dispenser because it is not deep enough. I assume the trade off is more space in the freezer.

Very good appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second KitchenAid refrigerator. This unit is the right size for us with all the features we need. The wine rack is nice but takes up space. Time will tell if we leave it in. Also, the center crisper draw came not completely assembled and it is wonky. I snapped it together as best as I could, but it still feels not solid.

Nice looking Refrigerator

For the price paid I feel they should have used better materials on them.

Awesome features

do not buy Kitchen Aid, design could be better
lost functionality in the freezer door. the wires that run by the lower hinge on the freezer were so tight that when the door opens it pulls the wire loom tight. after repeated use the wires broke and we lost functionality of the in door water/ice dispenser, and the ice maker stopped working as well. kitchen aid would not fix and offered a service plan through a horrible warranty plan. do not by Kitchen Aid

A total lemon - do not buy!
Purchased in August. Worked for a month. Then the consumer torture commenced. It’s now December 27, still no fridge. Kitchen aid refusing to accept this lemon, not providing a replacement, determined to ruin not only Thanksgiving and Christmas, but New Years too for my family.
The product is crap. The support is crap. I have never felt more helpless as a consumer in the United States than when dealing with Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid. I’d avoid these brands like the plague.

Beautiful but…

Apparently it’s a design issue where the water line is too close to the compressor and the line freezes. Hopefully the issue will be resolved with the new part that will be installed this week

Pretty piece of junk
Beautiful to look at but the fridge does not cool below 55. The condenser freezes over so I have to unplug hand manually defrost my refrigerator! Very poor design. Would never buy Kitchenaid again

Not Happy!
Delivered with door out of plumb and squeaks which was discovered after installation. Water takes forever to dispense. Ice maker is slow. Store won't help. Should have bought LG.

Second one works great

I would say that the drawer feel on these does not feel quality for the KitchenAid brand. Subpar quality for a higher-end name plate.

It's New
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my refrigerator right now, it's new. I had a KichenAid for 25 years, it was definitely stronger build and had more room. However, with the new one I can see everything. The ice cube tray is smaller and produces smaller cubes. the pull out trays need tender care in pulling them out. It's just a cheaper version, hopefully it will last a long time.

Very Disappointed
We've had this refrigerator for 5 weeks and the ice maker/water dispenser is already broken. We purchased the additional 5-year warranty and we are getting the run around. Very disappointed. I shouldn't have to complete "maintenance" on a 5 WEEK old refrigerator before submitting a claim! It's too early to change the filter, etc. I will not be purchasing ANY appliances from Home Depot ever again. I'll go with a local company and LOCAL warranty to prevent this hassle in the future.

Nice features.

Drawers on Refrigerator Side
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago and overall I like it. I have an issue with the bottom 2 drawers. They do not pull out very smoothly and then trying to get them back in is even worse. Actually it is pretty awful for the amount of money I spent on this. The top drawer is ok but the other 2 are not drawers that should be difficult as I said for the money that it costs to buy this refrigerator. If you have a tip on how these drawers will work smoother let me know!

Good but a few little disappointments
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this refrigerator, especially the double dispensing ice and water paddles. However after about a month nothing was dispensing. The repairman said our water pressure was too high and fixed it. Also you have to dispense a lot of water before you get any cold water. Other than that I love the sleek design. Food is nice and cold.
