Nice!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for about three weeks now, and I like it a lot. We had another cabinet depth fridge and this one feels like it has a lot more interior space in the same exterior dimensions. I really like the in-door ice maker, the sturdy, long handles, and the dark exterior finish. It came completely wrapped in clear plastic that was tucked into all the edges, so that when removed, there are little fringy pieces of plastic sheeting in all the seams, which looks really shabby. I've tried to get them out, but haven't been able to. Disappointed with this bit. Please see photos. Otherwise, I love it!

Dual Evaporator causes refrigerator to freeze
13 months ago I replaced a 20 year old Kenmore Elite that never had a problem with this Kitchen Aide fridge. (Kenmore is still chugging away in my garage). Now the evaporator in the fridge is frozen solid requiring a 24 hour defrost process involving shutting down fridge, removing all items. Then another 24 hour cool up period to get it ready to put food in it. What a pain!! The Kitchen Aide certified tech came out and explained that the freezer evaporator has a heater but the fridge evaporator does not. Therefore, when the freezer defrosts, the refrigerator is supposed to defrost. But it doesn't due to no heater. Very poor design. I aske him how to fix it and he said I could have him put about $250 worth of parts to go with the $105 service call but i wouldn't fix it. HUH?!? My wife and I feel like idiots spending $3k+ on a fridge that requires an annual 2 day defrost process. My advise is if you buy a fridge with dual evaporators, make sure BOTH EVAPORATORS have heaters. (Samsung is one that does, probably others)

Beautiful, high quality appliance. I think I noticed already that it keeps food fresher, longer. Nice temperature controls. Ice dispenser tends to throw crushed ice beyond your cup, however, and the drawers on the refrigerator side feel a bit flimsy given the overall quality of the appliance.

Great frig, small flaw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great refrigerator, with a small flaw. Occasionally, ice will be ejected from the dispenser on its own, leaving small puddles of water on the floor.

Great fridge

My review went down one star because we realized the drawers metal finishes are sharp and if we’re not careful we can scrape our hands and bleed. That said, we love the fridge. It’s classy and roomy despite being counter depth.

Great Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for a little over a year now. The only issue I have had with it is the ice maker has stopped running a few times due to the line freezing up. It mak have something to do with the RO feed line I have going to the fridge, but I run that and dont use the internal filter and the water and Ice are VERY clear!

Water dispenser problems
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water dispenser will just stop giving water, been worked on three different times,replaced valves,bladder tank, filter housing and filter,and still it will stop giving water. Have to unplug unit and let it sit for up to an hour and a half. Very unhappy with this, other than that like the refrigerator.
