(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We received delivery of this Fridge about 5 weeks ago. We have been very happy with our purchase. The ice maker and water filter has saved me many runs to the store to fill my Water Cooler bottles, very important with the current Pandemic. Plus the cost savings.
It's such a great size, we are able to have all of our normal groceries loaded and it still looks half full!
The freezer drawer storage is ample as well.
Love how this fridge fits our newly renovated kitchen.

The only thing I fear is the crushed ice feature - as I worry it will break.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’m disappointed in the quality. I expected more from this name brand especially since the cost was twice as much as some of the other fridges we considered.
The fridge is loud. Our family often thinks someone’s phone is ringing but it’s just the fridge making noises. It worries me that this fridge isn’t going to last long. The noise almost always starts after getting something out of the fridge even if the door is being open constantly while cooking. It starts randomly aswell. In the middle of the night I can hear it from my bedroom it’s so loud.
The shelves are flimsy (mostly the middle shelf).
The deli drawer doesn’t stay closed and sometimes slides further open when we open the door.
When we dispense ice, it leaks water during and after we’ve finished catching ice in our cup. The water dispenses is ver slow.
I like that you can choose to dispense a certain amount of water however it’s not accurate (most likely because of how slow it is).

I have a slightly different model but I see some very similar reviews to what I have experienced over the last 4 frustrating years. We want to love this fridge so much, and it looks amazing. When it works it works very well, the problem is 2-4 times a year it frosts over, slowly warms up and forces me to throw away food, and then spend hours on the phone convincing KithenAid to come fix the fridge that has never functioned for a full year. I have refused to buy an extended warranty because it should have worked without issue from the start. I'm writing this review because I do not want to spend hours on the phone again, but I do want something to be done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first we were bummed our old fridge went out. Now I wish we had got this already. What an upgrade. Clean easy finish looks classic land new in our home. Easy to use intuitive features, and once we started loading it we found more room than expected. We decided to put our two gallons of milk in the door, that really freed up some room on the main shelves. Our daughters juice fits nicely in a bonus shelf under the milk. There’s also an in door pizza storage that we’ve already put to use. Very happy with Kitchen Aid
