(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My Kitchen Aid range was part of a kitchen renovation and it was the first thing I chose for the renovation. The dual fuel is the best cooking combination I think. I love to cook. The oven cooks hot so I have adjusted my cooking times. I love the easy pull out oven racks. They are a great design. The range is well designed. I like the layout. The burners are big. They have great adjustment and the simmer option is great. The flame is damaging the handles on my frying pans though. The black on the range tops are wearing off sooner than I had hoped. I'm hoping to find the best cleaner for the range top so I don't scratch it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I personally don’t like or believe it’s necessary to have wifi connectivity for appliances. I purchased this range on it’s own non-tech merits and so far quite pleased with the performance. However, now finding useful features only available on the app and not on the range itself. Okay, KA that’s not a cool move. The app should only be to enhance for those that choose to and not have features only available on the app itself. No surprise I have yet to get it to connected and consider myself to be quite tech savvy and comfortable with network setups. I have an Open service ticket with KA to resolve. KA if you are going to offer it let’s make sure it works seamlessly before commercializing it to consumers.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We've had this range for over a year now and we rate it as average as compared to other ranges we've had in the past. Some of the main criticisms are the difficulties cleaning any spill on the enamel on the stove (which results in permanent spots), uneven heat in the oven and fairly noisy oven fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this range a couple of months now, and just cannot fall in love with it! The major thing is the hook up to WIFI is necessary to have a clock or timer! I don't use WIFI, and even tho a family member put it on my phone, all it is good for is to chime in the middle of the night when the internet goes off and again when it comes back on! Plus during the day to make you wonder what is happening! The oven door is black with a wimpy light inside so no way to see if your baked food is brown enough, etc. I hate to open the door to check each time. The tinny bottom that hides the screws to level it is cheap material. The other major downside is that to move the range out to clean or whatever, the door has to be removed!! At 81 yrs old and a heavy door, that isn't happening., then the leveling screws have to be raised, so finally the rollers cann reach the floor and the range can be moved out. If a person doesn't have or read the manuel, they would have a heck of a time moving this range. Too many downsides for over a 5,000 range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the small burner is defective and can not be adjusted, as the top burners are use lowed metal bangs and crunches seems the black surface deforms and bangs as you cook and when it cools it does the same. Service was requested and now have to wait almost a month. Willing to see if it improves after service.

This range is beautiful and functional EXCEPT the wok grates are extremely fragile. Of the two, one cracked and the other broke clean in half in less than a year of having it. I have seen this complaint after the fact unfortunately. It should be considered a defect and addressed by KitchenAid. One would assume that for such a high end appliance, the quality would be reflective of the cost. Be prepared to be replacing them regularly, hence the 2 star rating. Other than that, no complaints. Definitely a beauty.

It works great, but we still haven't figured out how to clean the cooktop grates or the burner tops. They stain quickly and deeply. We have tried many cleaning techniques and products with no results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the duel fuel range for 1 month. It looks beautiful and performs well! Only flaw is the grates. They scratch extremely easy. Just placing a pot carefully will scratch the grates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] brand new, service rep told me that I needed to wait 30 or more minutes for oven temperature to stabilize did just that and it still does bake properly gas cook top is great, but I am ready to send it back if service does not get back to me ain a timely manner

Love it! The oven especially is amazing! Everything cooks so evenly.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been using my new Dual Fuel Range for a month now and I love it! The WiFi was easy to set up. Using the meat probe makes cooking a breeze. No more guessing if the chicken is cooked. The gas burners make stovetop cooking a breeze. Great power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this KitchenAid Range about 8 weeks ago and with Covid was purchased off a picture. This range is the best. It has several options. It’s a gas range and electric oven. The range has some very cool options like the simmer options on the heat control. Also the pilot light will never go out. The flame pops back on if the burn goes out for some reason. Great safety option. The oven is also pretty cool. You can run it off your phone. It heats well. Love the convection option. You won’t be sorry for choosing this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so pleased with this new stove. It is very user friendly. easy to clean. Even the little details: the vents on the oven door, for example, are not exposed. Helps prevent the glass from getting dirty.

When I bake, steam comes off the front door. I am a baker and I have never in my life seen such fiasco. Video ad shows all three racks evenly baking cookies, not true. Those in the center areas tend to bake more obviously, and of course you can only use two racks safely. Kitchen aid sent the double fuel installations instructions too late, after HomeDepot (the vendors) had earlier sent wrong instructions, so we wasted $400 in the first electrician. Then we spent $1,700 in the next electrician and plumber because the range need new plumbing and other electrical wiring, which both Kitchen Aide and Home Depot maliciously hid. I want some money back, On top, Kitchen aid does not recommend any technician, so we only got a specialized one too late, he had never seen this weird steam covering the oven door. NEVER buy from HomeDepot, they lie more than those at Kitchen Aid.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) When I purchased my house it came with this gas range. I have never previously owned a gas range and I love it. The baking in the oven is so much better - it browns better and actually cooks a little faster.

We love the powerful burners of the stove and the even cooking of the convection oven. We are still learning some of the other features but so far the range exceeds our expectations! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i really wish the internet/remote/app functions were not part of the design. I tried using the App (needed to connect to the wifi, etc.) and it just made me question all of the normal (non-App) manual functions afterwards. I quickly deleted the app, disconnected it from wifi, etc, but now the remote light comes on every time I use the oven. It's annoying and concerning. If you're going to offer a new technology/function, you should absolutely make sure it functions properly before selling it to the public. Especially when it comes to remote functionality and something as critical as a reliable safe oven/range.
