[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 8 months ago and soon after had a problem with the hinges. Door was hard to open at times and would have to be really pulled hard to overcome defects in the hinges. Service took almost 3 months to have it fixed as only 1 technician serviced our area. In addition now have rusted gaze burner tops. Not very impressed for the high price of what you have to deal with. Also stove does takes long to reach temperature. Maybe I got a lemon, who knows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased all Kitchen Aid appliances for our new kitchen . Very satisfied with the performance of the range however, there are black spots forming around the burners that look like something boiled over and baked on the stainless steel range top. We installed this range less than 6 Months ago and are certain nothing ever spilled over. We don't want to run the finish by using harsh chemicals or scouring it. So far nothing seems to work to remove these spots.

We are happy with our stove. However, we are very disappointed with Home Depot. Our stove was delivered on 29 March and on the 30th it went on sale and they have not honored to give us the sales price yet.

The entire purchase online and delivery went perfectly. Everything happened on a timely basis with the on line portion user friendly and informative as needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven door does not fit properly. KitchenAid customer care is ridiculous. If you live in a rural area their warranty is a joke. You will have to find your own repair company for warranty, pay for it, and hope to get reimbursed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE bought a KitchenAid double oven 4 years ago and had trouble with the larger oven holding temperature from day 1. This oven is a replacement for the double. So far it has held temperature very well and the top burners seem to be more intense than the previous one. So far so good but it took a while for the original oven to begin with its issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my new gas range 6 weeks ago. Having a manual that comes with it would be very helpful. This is my first convection oven. Others I have been around, you can hear the fan. I guess with the new ones, they are very quiet. A note about how quiet they are in the manual would have been helpful! Also, why aren't the ovens calibrated before they leave the factory? We didn't know how to calibrate it bc no information is sent with the range. Other than those 2 things, I think it will be a fine unit. I would have given four 1/2 stars if possible

I’ve had the Range for about 3 months now and I have to say, it’s fantastic! The convection works great. We cook and/or bake daily and never an issue. Meets all my expectations so far. Now hopefully it last 10-15 years and I’ll buy another Kitchenaid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once the stove was incorrectly installed, I realized I made a mistake. I contacted our supplier with hopes of upgrading and had no luck. I find the stainless stove top extremely difficult to clean and keep its appearance up. The oven is very difficult to calibrate and I try not to use it as seldom as possible. In hindsight, I never would have purchased this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove on Feb. 2nd but due to kitchen renovations, it was only installed on March 5th. Even though it’s been only a week, there is a serious flaw in its construction. While baking last Friday, I touched the front part of the stovetop and got a burn. Because I pulled away quickly, it did no harm. I have many stoves in my lifetime and never experienced this phenomenon. The serviceman came this morning and found some literature that said this model does get hot on the outside but that it is acceptable to the maker. The salesman should have mentioned this anomaly to us in the sales room. I would have immediately rejected it. Now I am going to try to get a different model. I hope I succeed because no way can I have this in my kitchen. Just think of all the burns people would endure unless I put a large sign on it “Careful burns may occur “!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range was not available in store; so the sales rep showed it to me online. Purchased it. So happy when I saw the range in my kitchen. It looks very nice. It actually out performs my previous range; burners get hotter and things seem to reach temp sooner. I would highly recommend this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it has functioned perfectly. No complaints. I have baked a cake, cookies, and baked pizzas and casserole. The oven has so far surpass the Whirlpool stoves I have had prior to the KitchenAid. Will update in a month or so.

Oven has been great, but the installation was poor. Wouldn't use Home Depot's installation again. The plumber that they hired wasn't honest about local code and said they wouldn't install with out paying them an extra $250 directly.

I bought this stove in 2021 and ever since I’ve had issues with the knobs falling off. I’ve complained and had to replace the several times. Big waste of money. The knobs are flimsy. The oven part makes a lot of noise and because of that, I’ve refused to use it to bake. Luckily I have a double over off another brand.
