[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about a month ago and I have absolutely loved everything about it. The oven is a convection oven and it has three racks in it I love the big ours that has multiple purpose use and I am completely satisfied with this range

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) All pictures of the range clearly show a black glass door that you can not see through which was a big decision maker in choosing this range. This is not what we received. When you look at the stove you can see right through to the back of it and it is very unsightly.  We are very unhappy with it to say the least.  It was a very expensive purchase and we did not receive what was advertised.  Below you can see a picture taken directly from their website and then a picture of what we received. Also, the Kitchen Aid Logo affixed to the range was put on slanted from the manufacturer. Kitchen Aid's Repair Person came in to remove and replace it (see photos). As well, the ceramic glass top is scratched now in several places. We are extremely careful with it, have all the proper cleaning equipment for it and have expensive cookware that we use on it. It’s just not durable. We had a ceramic glass top on our previous range with no issues so we know the issue is not us. I’ve also used the convection oven and it’s definitely not even heat. The oven is very large and it takes a long time to heat up which is not very good for energy savings. Overall we would not recommend this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this stove for two weeks. I don't care for the glass top as you are constantly having to clean it. Time will tell how long it will look nice. The oven racks seem sweet when I put my Dutch oven on them with a pot roast which is concerning. I love the features and the stove works great as it should. The knobs of the stove are mu1ch nice then the competition and the convection oven cooked two trays of cookies perfectly. I wish the glass top stove idea would go away but this is across the board for all manufacturers so I had no options with that.
