Was tired of fighting my cheap cutter that kept walking thinking there wouldn’t be a big difference to a name brand one...was I wrong! This Klein cutter is in its own league with quality, my cut was perfect! The knob turns buttery smooth and built in reamer is a great touch.

The Klein tubing cutter met my expectations.

I like it. The handle would have been beat with some sort of anti slip rubber.

OK, first a confession. I don't have a 88904 tube cutter. But the REPLACEMENT WHEEL FOR 88904 TUBE CUTTER by Klein Tools fits my " not Klein" tube cutter perfectly. And when I have to replace my tube cutter it will absolutely be with a Klein tool. I have already done a lot of cutting with this new blade and it still works great. Very fast clean cuts, no spirals. Klein quality all the way.

If you have the Klein Professional Tube Cutter (88904) and find that it's no longer making clean cuts like when it was new, it's much more economical to replace the cutting wheel for under $4 than to buy a new tool for almost $40. Replacement is easy. This wheel may or may not fit tubing cutters from other manufacturers without making modifications to those cutters.

I use this replacement tube cutter wheel to cut 3/16 steel trailer Blake lines . Yes the " brake lines. " and i save my self a lot of money and time. Just go to buy your self some Compression Fittings, straight and t style. And some brake lines with flare on both ends . cut the flare ends off in the middle of the line. Now it's time to build you lines back the way it was.After you cut the brake lines' you will need to clean up the cut ends with a flat file.and make sure the center hole is open on the break line. if your compression fitting side on and you fell it seat then your ready to tight up the compression fitting .

I have had my tube cutter for 8 years. It started to get harder to get a good cut. I think it's time to replace the cutting wheel. I checked the running wheels and they are not loose or worn so I didn't replace them. After replacing the cutting wheel I tested it. What a difference, It was like a new tubing cutter. I should have done this sooner. I guess it pays to keep your cutter edge sharp. I hope this help you. Good luck with your projects.

Will not fit most other universal tube cutters. I needed a replacement cutter wheel for an unbranded tube cutter that I already owned, so I took a chance that this Klein Tools replacement cutting wheel would work. The outside circumference of the wheel had the same dimensions as did the wheel's mounting hole diameter. The "no deal" difference was in the thickness of the wheel which was thicker than the one in my tool. The Klein cutter wheel appears to be high quality as it was of a hefty weight of a dense steel. I will ,purchase a Klein Tool tube cutter next time that this wheel will fit.

Klein tools are always the best on the market. This cutter wheel is durable and will last years. Only after a very long time will you have to replace your tubing cutter wheel, but when that time comes - Klein makes a replacement. Overall it installed very easily and was sharp and ready to cut more tubing for more years to come. Very well made. Highly recommended.

Worked great on my polyethylene pipe for my sprinkler system. I haven't tried it on any heavier-duty PVC yet, but I'm confident it'll get the job done. The quality feels good, and I appreciate the ability to swap blades.

Change the image for this product. this image is misleading. I ordered this product online, when I came to pick up this product I received not what I ordered. I wanted a pipe cutter tool, but I get only part of it. please change the image, it misleads shoppers.

Great set of tubing cutters. I used these to cut some Schedule 40 PVC pipe. It takes a bit of effort, but then again schedule 40 PVC is some pretty tough stuff even at 1". The cut was nice and clean plus it was at a right angle. When I use a saw, any type so far I have to clean off the ends and typically ends up not being straight. These are a real time saver and can't wait to start using these on all the other types of tubing and pipes I need to cut.

The Klein PVC and Multi-Layer tubing cutter is a great handy tool. It does cut everything as it claims. Some reviewers state they are having a hard time cutting the 3/4 inch PVC pipe. Try twisting as you turn, cuts like butter and is a straight cut. I didn't try the tool on plastic tubing but if it can cut the PVC, it should be no problem. The tool is quality made and should last a good amount of time. It also has a safety latch to protect the blade and accidentally cutting yourself.

This is another well thought out Klein tool allowing you to work with pipe or tubes up to a maximum of 1-1/8 inch size. We have all used those plier style PVC and/or the new multilayer tubing cutters that can rarely give an actual 90 degree cut. Without the 90 degree cut you cannot get a glue or wrench fitting to seal properly without having that true 90 degree cut. This tool cradles the tubing and actually can give you consistent straight cuts without the extra 3 feet needed for trial and error cuts on every job. It really is a secure feeling for the DIY'er to get the results professionals get everytime you start the job.

This is another great quality Klein Tools product. The pvc tool has a nice comfortable feeling grip with sharp and replaceable blades. You can lock the handle / blades closed when not in use. It easily cuts thru 1 inch plastic tubing and up to 3/4 inch schedule 40 PVC pipe. It gives a nice clean cut. I was impressed with how easily it cut through the pvc pipe. It sure beats using a hack saw.
