The drywall saw is very durable and does exactly what it is designed to do. I used this to cut in to the dry wall to cut out a piece for running network wire. As well as installing plates for cat 5e connections.

This Keyhole Saw has a sculpted plastic handle with just a slight amount of give to its textured, rubberized surface. The 6” (15cm) long fixed blade has a sharpened tip that can “punch in” to drywall, and teeth arranged to cut on both push and pull strokes. It’s a bit heftier and has a sharper, more aggressive blade than the saw I’ve been using, comfortable in use, and it has a flat butt-end for palm striking. The blade is not replaceable It’s SO sharp that it would benefit from a sheath and Klein missed an opportunity to have their plastic blister packaging fill that role. Getting the saw out of the package required cutting and rendered the package unsuited for a second life as a protective scabbard. This is a good saw, but I would pay the extra $5 to get the Klein Model #31737 (HD #1003243532) with folding blade and comfort grip handle.

Have always loved Klein tools, my first experience was with their splicing kits. If I am looking for a tool, I always look for Kleins. I have never been disappointed, thus saw is no exception!

Garbage ...broks after 6 monts....just i put a little mor pressure.

This works great for cutting in electrical boxes. I use it a couple times a week

Its a very strong saw.

It’s a Klein. May cost a bit more than other brands but find the advantage of the butt end taking a few good smacks from my linesman and not cracking or breaking the saw worth it. Like other saws it does end up being dull especially when cutting old work boxes into plaster.
