This come came unfinished, with no paint on the side and very poor painted on one side. Very dissapointed.

I am totally dissapointed with the quality of this door. 1. They messed up with lock/hinges sides. Now, my hinges are on the square and laminated side, and my door know is on the rough side.....HOW??? 2. While stapling ,the door frame they left huge gaps and scufs that needed lot of putty to level them. 3. Finally, the fdoor frame is thin and flimsy. No, DO not spend your money.

The door is supposedly full wood yet it cracked when we put a screw for the lock, so may be some iffy quoity or composite full wood. Paint is matte like plastic cover and it chips super easily and gets dirty even from its own wrapping irrespective how careful you are. Sizing is wrong, I expected door to be 32*80 with the frame because that’s fitting exactly in our rough opening. Instead door with the frame were about 33.5*81.5inch. Width fit as is super tight but on length we had to cut from the bottom part of the frame 1/2inch and knock out the top part of the frame in irder to fit the door in. Door overall looks nice but i think it should not be priced more than some $250.

Looks perfect and fits perfect in my kitchen

Installed last week. Easy to install. Hard to remove the painted glass. Like the light obtained as planned for stairwell safety.

Door actually measures 35 11/16" NOT 36". Tried to interchange it with another 36" door (which actually measured 36"), obviously poor fit. Only buy this if you are doing a from scratch installation. It is not a standard size even for a 36x80 door. Also, when ordering this online, it came packed in a ridiculously heavy wood crate, poorly done with nailes everywhere, protruding from the 2x6 sides of the crate.

I love the door. It came with plastic already covering the windows, so painting the door would be a lot easier. Removing the plastic was a hassle but sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. If you're looking for an interior door that's not going to hide anything confidential, I recommend this door

They need better Quality Control at the Factory . The Casing was 1/2" too wide for the Door until I fixed it . The Staples used to connect the Casing parts were placed too close to the edge of the Wood , causing splintering . The Staples drove too deep ... the greatly weakens the Casing .

Since we had to order and wait 10 days for this door, we were stuck with what we got. Door arrived pretty beat up and poorly assembled. The door stop is junk with no profile and was only partially installed and also crooked and improperly placed. We ended up installing new door stop which is actual door stop; standard in most homes. The door is hung crooked and very difficult to get level without several modifications. We’re stuck with it now but hopefully this and other similar reviews will help you to look elsewhere. Definitely not worth the price considering the extra expensive to make it right.

The pre-hung door was easy to assemble and it’s beautifully constructed.

Retuned the door because it was not flush with the jamb. The replacement door was also not flush with the jamb. That’s a manufacturing error. Sad and pathetic when a door manufacturer doesn’t know how to manufacture a door.

We bought two of these doors. Doors are attractive, but have some manufacturing flaws. Several of the screws on the hinges were not drilled straight in, so they do not sit flush with the hinges. There are a few dings in the wood of the mullions. There are some weird little blobs of glue? paint? at the intersections of some of the mullions. I would have liked a little better quality control.

Unfortunately, this door is very poorly manufactured. First, the top hinge was not aligned with the middle and bottom hinges causing the door to bind at the top inner corner. I had to remove the top hinge, fill the existing screw holes and reposition the hinge to be the same distance form the door stop and edge of the jam as the other two hinges to remove the problem. Second, the door slab was warped. After installing the door, I notice the bottom half of the door on the latch side was over 1/4" from the door stop while the top edge of the door slab was flush with the door stop. I rechecked the door jam and it was perfectly plumb and level on all surfaces. However, when I put my six foot level on the face of the the door slab, there was an over 1/4" gap on the bottom of the door slab showing it was clearly warped and that was why it would not close flush with the door stop. Third, for some unknown reason, the manufacturer put a 45 degree angle on the bottom of the door stops and cut them about an inch short of the bottom of the jams. I have never seen this on a prehung door before, as the door stoops are always as long as the door jams and level on the bottom. I had to purchase a piece of door stop trim and cut pieces to make the bottom go completely to the floor and be flush with the floor... something I have never had to do before when installing a prehung door. Sadly, this this would be a beautiful door if only the manufacturer and not done such an incredibly poor job manufacturing it. I highly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing this door read the other lower rated reviews, as these issue do not appear to be on only the door I received.

the door is great, the frame wast too long at the top by ½ " and doesn't true properly for closing.

We absolutely love the doors in the pocket door frame.

I thought it would pop right in. Learned quickly we had to cut the jam down or door would be way up off the floor. Also had to cut door stops down and replace hinge side because it was not placed properly. With all that said I like the looks of the door.

Ordered two doors. Both of the top boards were the wrong size. One too long. One too short. The doors are beautiful but the framework is shotty

What a waste of $500- the door itself does not have squared corners at the top. the frame is warped so that there is a 1” gap between the bottom of the door and the jamb. The warped frame also means it cannot sit flush between the drywall, so there will be a large gap when I trim it out… the only saving grace is the the door at least looks nice enough if you don’t pay attention to fine details.

The door overall met expectations, though the craftsmanship was poor. Several hinge cutouts were not mortised enough or evenly resulting in an uneven hang which needed attention. The space between the door and jamb is minimal, not allowing for much adjustment.

Hinges are not flush with the door. Door can't close completely. Terrible product. One star is too much.

We just received this door, and it is very poorly assembled. The glue holding the wood together is already coming undone. The wood is swelling at the bottom of the door. The hinge on the bottom is screwed in too far out, making the bottom uneven.

Home Depot is horrible organization and although I am giving this a review, I know no one in the organization will actually care about my comment.
