My wife and I purchased this for our new home in Dec 2017. We had to do a renovation in the kitchen as the house was built in 1978 has had NO updates. Flashback for sure. Anyway - our range arrived packed very well in a nice box - easy to get into and get the packaging out of the way. We ordered the propane model - however it comes with a sheet and attached is all the nozzles and parts required to convert to natural gas. This is important for us as we have recently discovered there are 2 natural gas wells on our property which I will be piping to the house soon! We've only been using the unit for about 4 months now. So far we absolutely love it. It's very simple - just knobs to set your temp/flame height. A switch for the convection fan and that's it - not even a clock. We LOVE the simplicity. The burners are amazing - they put out a larger flame than any other consumer unit I've seen - it seems on par with restaurant systems. The griddle is great - there is a learning curve with it but once you figure it out it's wonderful. We've utilized it for breakfast with our family a lot. We also make a lot of cheese steak sandwiches now. Here's a pro-tip, get a nice marbled ribeye steak boneless OR bone-in (even better) and fry that sucker on your griddle to a nice medium temp - don't get any on your forehead though - your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get at it! Clean up isn't bad - but if you don't know how let me save you some time and suggest you watch some youtube videos on this. Basically while the griddle is hot - I heat up boiling water in a tea kettle and pour that over the griddle. Then, using a wooden spatula, you just scrape the grill - the heat combined with the water lifts off most stuff. If you feel you want to return to the stainless shine each time you can, but then you have to season it - and freshly seasoned stainless isn't very non-stick...we let ours build up a little carbon and about once a month I use a grill brick (available on Amazon) and some vinegar water and you can take it all the way back to new other than whatever scratches you may put on it. We love our range so far - have had ZERO problems. I will follow back up in a year or so and note our experience.

I believe I'm a little early to provide a review however, I will happily give my first impressions. This is a really nice unit. Seems well constructed and so far cooks really well. We ordered a propane ready unit - however it came with a sheet of with the jet locations and all the jets to convert to natural gas, this was very nice! Griddle has a learning curve, if you've never used one prepare to fail a couple of times before you figure it out. If you can learn to turn out pancakes consistently you'll be able to cook anything. We've made pancakes, eggs, and hasbrowns on it. We've also cooked some cheesesteak sandwiches and they came out awesome. We've really only been cooking on it for about a week as we purchased a new place and renovated it ourselves. If HD allows it - I'll come back in 6 months or a year and update this.

I recently spent months looking for a professional model range. I decided on the Kucht for the features and the price. I'm impressed with the cook top burners, the easy operation of the oven shelves, the infrared broiler feature and believe it or not the high quality legs which are east to adjust, don't scratch the floor and make the unit easy to move if necessary.

Just installed our new stove. It looks great! And it's nice to have a stove where all the burners work. (Our old one was about 30 years old and was in really bad shape). One thing I haven't figured out is why does the igniter keep clicking for a long time after the burner is already lit. Looking forward to cooking up a storm on this beauty over the upcoming holidays!

BOught this new in 2016 and the igniter went out in first year...well there are no service men in this area so they sent me the igniter and a video and said put it in yourself. Well my husband followed exactly and now it ticks constantly every time I use it!! Drives me nuts! The griddle cooks extremely uneven, the oven rack don’t pull in and out easily, all the knobs are peeling and the black numbers came off while I was wiping it with just water! What a waste of money!! Do not buy.......spend the extra money and get something that’s worth it.

I bought this a year and a half ago and I love it. We have a propane fueled range. I like that it's not super tall like the old viking ranges.

I am still waiting on a gas line to install my new range. I love the looks of and can't wait to use it!

I bought this range to replace my NXR range from 8 years ago. I love the look of cast iron and real stainless steel. The range was packaged well and easy to set up. 2 year warranty is a plus. The oven door is thick and well weighted. I love the High / low simmer burner. I do wish there was two like that burner. The big con for me is the broiler. For the money, I feel it should have a more substantial broiler. This broiler has little coverage and looks like an afterthought. This is only my first hour of owning this range. I am happy so far.

Received 7/29 /19 Range looks great. Enjoying cooking on the griddle and convection oven is a time saver.
