I purchased this Kwikset product to replace one of the same brand. The new one fit perfectly and required no adjustments, other than to activate the new key via the SmartKey function. I love the look and am completely satisfied with my new door hardware.

No hassle guarantee
1 simple call and a follow up with pictures was all it took to get my handset replaced. It had faded with time and actually had a nice patina. But the neighbor kids broke the outside latch by continually jiggling it, ringing the doorbell, and then running. Funny the first 3 times but it went on for nearly an hour. It took a couple weeks for a completely new hand and lockset to come, but it was very easy to install and brought life back to my door.

The door knob keeps coming off. I had to pay...
The door knob keeps coming off. I had to pay a locksmith 125 dollars to come out and replace it. I would have brought it back but I can’t find my receipt
