Was very easy to install.

The extra money is felt in the knob twist.

easy to install as replacement for one that jammed after 17 years

Heavy duty lock. Easy to install. I love that the long screws are held in place so no need to try and thread them through the lock. Just follow the directions! Only draw back was that our keys were too old to be rekeyed as advertised.

We liked the fact that it was relatively easy to install and it met our expectations.

The new lock set won’t work in my door because the sets have changed since this one was installed.

The knob was easy to install with clear directions. It works very well and is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this door knob.

Easy to program new key!

This product worked as advertised.

Six 991J 3 SMT CP K4 combo entry/deadbolt packs bought on 10/16/2023. One deadbolt key failure (wouldn't turn) out of the box. Warranty repair OK. 30 days later, in service now, entry lock failure-key won't turn. Warranty Repair in progress. This is getting OLD.

Nice product, easy to install, very happy with purchase

Two out of four of the door entry knobs did not function properly. The latch assemblies did not function properly they retracted and when I was released they did not return to the lock position. Very sad.

It works nothing great

Superior, why have/has Quikset and Company waited so long to come out with this design...?? I was able to key it to the key for my other bedrooms and not have to carry an extra key. This is a superior design and I am well pleased. Thank you to Conrad, who has helped us several times...

I appreciated the ability to quickly and easily re-key my locksets, and bought two of these sets at H-D for my front and back doors. While the "twist to install" feature in very helpful in the installation procedure (no more trying to line up both halves and aim the screw to the hole in the opposite half), the screws holding the two halves do not stay tight, leaving me holding the doorknob after the two halves separated, and the door still shut. Needs threadlocker in the package.
