Looks great, but seems flimsy.

Instructions were excellant especially how easy it was to re-key the dead bolt.

Need better or more specific instruction with all the features.

Love the overall aesthetics and weight of the handleset.

Easy to assemble and looks really nice! SmartKey was very easy to configure as well.

This is quite the price. I had a new black fiberglass door installed and need to upgrade the lock to something that catches the eye. This is definitely updated companies to where I was. Didn't know locks are so expensive

Looks high end and easy to install

The Dead Bolt lock is poorly designed. It has a dual shaft mechanism (1) shaft from the key (2nd) shaft from the interior side knob that drive the dead bolt. It makes for a sloppy action. When the screw/bolts holding the two sides together are drawn tight the dead bolt would not retract fully when actuated by the key side. Loosening the bolts caused the square feature of the housing to cock ruins appearance. Round designs solve this. This replacement handle required new hole both same brand.

This lockset is terrific! My old lockset was from the 1980s, so I’m over the moon with the modern look of this set. It was easy to install and works perfectly.

Easy to install, looks and works GREAT!

I can't recommend this lock set. Installed on front door that is used about 4x a week. 5 months after installed the outside "thumb piece" fell off and door can't be opened from outside. Inside lever works for now, but for how long? I replaced 2 other entry locks and all interior hardware to match this lock. Thought I could rely on the Kwikset brand.
