Seems like a very nice product and arrived looking exactly as described. It is a large, sturdy umbrella so we are hoping it remains that way and that it will stand the test of time. Good quality, nice color and easy to use.

The umbrella material easily comes off the umbrella spikes requiring frequent replacement. It seems to be cheaply made. Also tilt mechanism is difficult to operate as well. Not worth the price I paid.

Exactly what we wanted. Just right!

The top of the umbrella will not stay straight. It tilts on its own. The Push button tilt is broken. We have to stand on a chair to Fix it! Otherwise, the size is great and we like the color.

This was crap and cheaply made. Broke the second day i had it open.

The umbrella was nice, the post is a Hammertone dark gray - not black , FYI... so big that is is somewhat awkward to get to the crank to raise and lower... and also...Home Depot or the manufacturer should tell you that to stabilize this without a table you need 80 to 110 lb base... I found out that it is recommended to have approx 10 lbs per foot of diameter.

Every time umbrella opened it could not be closed as something kept popping out. In less then a month this was returned

Crank did not work!!!

The first one we received had a very tight crank and quickly snapped. Replaced it and received aqua (instead of the red ordered and confirmed) but decided to keep it as driving 30 miles to return it to HD is such an effort. The aqua 11' umbrella has a more normal crank and is working well. Three stars for first umbrella failure and second replacement with wrong color.

I just received this umbrella 2 days ago and it is beautiful. It pairs excellent with my new table and chairs! So far so good! I like the crank as it’s very easy to use.

Structurally, this umbrella is great!! However, the fabric quality doesn't stand up to sun and weather very well. The crank is easy to use and the tilt is a great option. We purchased the red and the color is a nice deep rich red. The fabric seems a little thin so only time will tell as to how sturdy it will hold up. But the rest of the hardware seem very sturdy.

Awesome umbrella with a great size for the money. Very happy with it. We use it to make shade over our inground pool. The color is very pretty.. I also purchased one for my mom as she doesn't have any covering over her patio. It works perfect for both of us. I'm considering buying another one!

Great material! Works well and is easy to put up and pull down! Definitely get a base for it though! Love it!

This is such a large, beautiful umbrella. It's also really strong, I mistakenly left it outside during the last hard rain storm and it held up great.

This umbrella was easy to assemble. It works great. We get gusty winds so when not in use, we lower the umbrella. Its great to have shade when dining out at our patio table.

Really like the umbrella itself but after about 3-4 weeks, screws and bolts started falling out of it and thankfully we were able to retrieve those after looking around for several days, but it was not convenient. Hoping no more fall out.

Made with extremely cheap material…. I ordered 3 for my yard all 3 broke within first 2 weeks. 2 of the umbrellas collapsed and the veins fell out due to the wind the other umbrella button popped off when I used it for the tilt feature and would not go back up had to return them all. Terrible product!

The umbrella is nice and sturdy, but the color faded within a month. The dark green fades (unevenly) to a mossy green

Umbrella provides good shade coverage. Only thing that bugs me is that the pole squeaks a bit when it’s windy.

The Umbrella is actually quite short and its construction is fragile. Returned it. A well known Swedish furniture house offers better value for money.
