Awesome and easy to use! Sausage turned out great!

This is a nice starter for stuffing sausage. All stainless except the stuffing tubes. If you never made sausage it is a fast pace process. You have to have everything ready to go because after you mix your meat and spices you have about 15 minutes to get it in the tube and the sausages made and trust me you need someone to crank it and someone to handle the casings and twisting of the sausages. If you have any problems call LEM there number is on the booklet they have a wonderful customer service.

I have long aspired to make homemade sausage. I recently searched out several pieces of quality equipment to help me do it. This stuffer was among my choices. It has quality construction and performs well. I will consider another LEM stuffer as I upgrade soon.

Hi, I really like the stuffer since I am making more homemade sausage now the Lem 5lb sausage stuffer is so much easier to use than my kitchen aid mixer with the sausage making attachment, it really does make a difference we just made 20lbs of fresh pepperoni and Italian sausage and they are in our dring chamber. great for the price but not lacking in quality

So very happy with this purchase. It replaced a gun type stuffer. This is easy to set up, easy to fill with stuffing, easy to slip on casing and so easy to dispense and delivers professional looking sausages! Just the right size for my kitchen and projects!

We spend more time filling it than stuffing casings now. This thing was a life saver. We used to stuff our casings with the grinder. This is SO much easier and quicker it's ridiculous. Highly recommended.
