noise issue quickly corrected
My new dishwasher made lots of noise after install. First call customer service suggested it was my dishes. Second call got me a service visit, sure enough water pump was bad. The service person was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Put in new pump in 20 minutes, now it's soo quiet I'm not even sure it;s on.
After the initial disappointment I would now hoghly recommend.

Terrible dishwasher - leaks
I bought this dishwasher 6 months ago and I would not recommend it. It started to leak from the top and the sides. Also note, that you can't see the display once the door is closed. This means that you can't tell when the cycle is finished. Lastly, the closing mechanism uses pressure to close, this will eventually where out.

Water pump issue
My new machine was extremely noisy. I called LG and Cust. Service was maybe it's your dishes. Finally they set up a service call. The repair person listened to noise and said definetly a bad pump. Replaced it in 20 minutes, now its soo quiet you don't know it's on.
He was so friendly and professional. Turned a bad experience into an excellent one.

Love it!
I bought this to replace a 5 year old Bosh dishwasher that I always hated and i have no regrets. It works perfectly and even dries my Tupperware! Everything comes out sparkling clean. I love the third rack although I was sceptical at first that I would ever use it I find myself using it all the time. The cycle takes a while but that seems to be the new norm. I would highly recommend this machine and it feels good to know my dishes are clean and dry when I unload the machine.

Junk machine
Let’s start at the bottom: the wheels constantly fall off and will not stay attached. The tines will not stay up - they constantly fall down - they do not lock into place - module design cool concept absolutely worthless engineering in the field. Fire who whoever approved such a crappy design and performance.
One of the tines sections lost its snap piece so now I have this huge open section. Top shelf - tines won’t stay up, limited space, glasses hit the top rack. Buy Bosch or do them by hand

Quiet and efficient
This dishwasher is extremely quiet; hard to tell if it is even running. Cleans well. We had some initial 'learnings' on getting to dry cycle as we had some dishes still wet at end; however, we were able to figure it out. Love the 3rd rack for light objects.

Dishwasher cleans very well and is dead silent.
Dishes come out very clean and dry. Normally use the normal setting with high temperature. Never have used any wifi options or any of the other settings. Was originally looking for a BOSCH but they were unavailable and subsequently friends told me Bosch were problematic.

Beautiful sleek design

not just a dish holder anymore
Bought a couple months ago and have used more than the previous dishwasher in the 6 yrs of having. This one does excellent job of cleaning on all levels, no longer a place to put the clean dishes in to dry.

Very Disappointed
I have had the dishwasher for roughly 5 months and have developed a crack on the control panel. The unit is used maybe 2 to 3 times a week, there are only 2 adults that use it. I explained the situation and was issued the typical "we do not cover" letter. This is my first experience with LG line and it's very disapoining.so far. This does appear to be a known issue with other models, so do your research first.

Great machine
For the past year it's been the best washer we've owned. Make sure you read your pods prefered machine when doing dishes. It's important, I didn't realize this until the LG was getting to sudzie a it was throwing a code.

Attractive, Functional and Quiet
Best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. Has adequate cycles and the controls are hidden on the top of the door. The adjustable tines work well as does the adjustable top rack. The third rack doesn’t look like it would be helpful but I was pleasantly surprised by how much you can put in that space. I thought I’d be disappointed in not having a drying element but dishes do come out dry just by using the extra dry feature. A very good product.

Sleek and good looking
The unit looks great and is well made, but I do have a problem with the way the racks are divided, the upper rack has 2 very narrow racks that do not fit a normal glass or cup. When you fold them down the glasses slide around. Also It has too many settings, too complicated. There should be a one hour wash setting for energy saving.The shortest time is the Turbo and that is 2 hours. The bottom rack has wasted space in the middle when loaded with small plates on one side .It does a good job cleaning and looks great I just wish the racks were better organized.
