Installation included (if you're lucky)
Installation was included in the price but was not done because the electrical outlet was not located in the cabinet above the oven. There was an outlet below the cabinet within easy reach of the oven's power cord. I was able to install it in that location per the instructions. So far the oven works well after one day of use. My only complaint is the lack of installation by Home Depot.

Great Micro/Convection Oven!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I (age 69) were able to install this appliance with the help of a scaffolding we built under it. It went in easily, and then after I read the operating instructions, I quickly used as many features as I could. It works very well, it looks great, and it sings...I couldn't be happier

We like It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our primary use is the microwave, but we have used the convection and combination microwave/convection functions. We are still in the "learning/experimentation phase" when using the combination mode. All in all we are very happy with this oven.
One addition that would be very helpful, would be at backlighted control panel. It is dark and hard to read in lower light conditions.

Functional
We’ve been using this microwave since fall ‘20. It is very nice looking but finger prints do show. We didn’t care for the sound when entering cooking time, etc so we turned the sound off. That however means that the timer can’t be used. The directions for preheating the convection oven and setting the cooking time we’re not correct in the owner’s manual. We had to figure it out ourselves. It also has a lower power than our last microwave, manufactured before 2011. There are also no guidelines provided for cooking times when using the combination convection/microwave. These things are significant to us and why it lost two stars. We bought this particular microwave because it was hard to fine a complete set of kitchen appliances that were stainless and we wanted the convection option.
