We received our new microwave in great condition, we love how it fits in our home. The ibstallers were quick, friendly and efficiant.

We bought this microwave about 2 years ago. After just a year the door of the microwave developed a small crack. We don’t open it or close it aggressively, however the crack became bigger. After a few months it cracked to the point that a big piece of plastic broke off. It’s a shame because we really love this microwave. A month later and the crack only got worse, resulting in the door being in terrible shape. Would love to know if there’s a way to have someone come look at it. Is it possible to purchase solely a new door? We just bought this microwave and don’t want to have to replace it. Thank you!

Excellent product, excellent price

Good product. On my old microwave I was able to use it as a timer. If this one has one, I may have to go hunt for it...no sign of it as I would in the older model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a birthday present . We opened box and the roller arm and glass plate were broken but microwave itself was perfect. Looks lovely installed. I called customer service and they promptly placed warranty claim for me replacing the broken parts. They took care of me and my microwave is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just installed this microwave this morning and so far it works good. The two drawbacks are the black interior which makes it very hard to see. The bulb isn't very bright due to the interior color. Also I cannot heat up a coffee cup on the rotating tray with the rack installed. The rack is too low so it is in the wayThis is why I could only give four stars.

easy installation, except the hole drilling templates were paper. The paper templates make it a little difficult to get accurate hole locations. I would prefer the templates be printed on the cardboard box. Overall everything worked out great.

Great Microwave Oven for the price. My wife likes simplicity and this unit met our needs. Easy to install.

We gave it 4 stars because we were very disappointed to find out that it did not have a timer. We used our previous microwave's timer almost daily. It is also missing the ability to hit 1-6 and auto start the microwave with 1-6 minutes. We love the melting featuring.

Works well but not as quite as I thought

It makes a loud noise when the vent closes after heating anything. The screws are to short only came with 3 inch and needed 4 inch cabinet mount can not find ANYWHERE

It has multiple preprogramed settings, easily operated and as a bonus, a removable shelf. The microwave is also very attractive and matches my LG french door refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple of months ago and have been very pleased with it, we replaced another LG microwave that was at least 10 years old. So installation was simple used the same bracket and mounting holes. This time we went with the stainless steel which is a lot easier to keep clean than the black was. All said hope this one lasts as long as the first one did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the exact microwave until is self destructed at the 5 year mark. The new model looks almost identical but seems to have a few less features like the ability to silent the ‘beep’ noise. It also seems to cook slower.

For the price, easy to install and the exhaust fan is very efficient

We recently installed this microwave so I haven't been using it for very long. So far I love it. It heats food fast and is very easy to clean the inside. My only complaint is that it does not have the express cook buttons where you can hit 1 for one minute 2 for two minutes ect. You must manually type in 1:00 for one minute. other then that I'm very happy with our purchase.

We bought this microwave less then a month ago and we love it. It was super easy to install and runs great. Love the features it has.

We replaced an LG Microwave that cost more to repair than replace. It's a shame because we loved the first unit. The fan on the first unit has more speed selections (5) the new one has (2). The new units fan is loud even on low, disappointed. The unit came with a dent in the front panel. The light under the unit for cooking is miserable. It only has one light bulb and is the size of a night-light. If we keep this LG unit I'll have to add additional lights under the unit. NO RECOMMENDATION TO BUY AT THIS TIME

When we saw this one we really liked we took it home and it fit perfectly!! I like it very much it looks great and works just as great! Thank you LG
