My new microwave oven works very well, easy installation .The stainless steel has good appearance and shine the only negative that is noisy and very little light ,but good for the price :)

We are very happy with the microwave. It is definitely a two-person install but does come with the appropriate templates.

This microwave was a witch to put in (as I suspect for most Over-The-Range ovens) and definitely requires 2 people (preferably not over 60 years old). But it looks great after installation and has all the features we had come to expect from our microwave. And a great price!

Installed today and the light under the microwave is terrible. Wish I had known this was so dim and gloomy looking. Manual said only use 30w microwave bulb and it is so dark and dreary looking. Thank goodness I have lots of other lights in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old microwave that was about 7 years old I am comparing this new one with . LG has more options for warming, defrosting or cooking. This makes using this microwave easier and fun-er it I can make up my own word. Love, love, love the dark inside color. Looks cleaner than my old white one! Perfect match also to my stove. The price was very reasonable! !

The price was awesome, It was a perfect fit. The microwave is working great and heats very quickly compared to my old one. I also love the look! The only negative is that it’s very noisy, has an extra vent above the door even though I’m using a cabinet vent. ☹️

Nice appliance but LG appears to have no concept of "matching appliances". As a result, my new LG dishwasher has a digital display with white numbers, my new LG microwave has a digital display with green numbers, and my new LG electric range has a digital display with blue numbers. My kitchen looks ridiculous. It's like I own appliances from three different companies. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have purchased my appliances from another company. I am seriously considering returning and going with another company.

When I ordered this I looked under Specifications to make sure this unit had a timer. I had one on my last LG microwave and used it all the time. According to the specifications it does have a timer, but in reality it does not. I have tried other suggestions of entering Power 0 to time but the microwave still runs. I am very disappointed that I was misled. In addition, the display does not batch the display on my new oven from LG. Why they would make them different colors, I can't imagine!

We had to do a return and replace for the microwave. The originally delivered unit didn't work correctly. The geek squad came out and verified the issue and guided us through the return and replace process. The new unit was installed and has worked well since installation.

Purchased this microwave when our previous one stopped working correctly. This new one was fairly quick to install (by installers) despite being a different brand from the previous one. The features all work pretty well. I would have liked for there to be more power in the microwave. And, if there was a timer function, it would have been convenient as well.

I boughtht this microwave a month ago, excellent features and easy to use.

Both microwaves with issues, first microwave lasted ~2 years and then new microwave requires fix already for high/loud humming noise. First microwave had faulty magnetron and although part is covered under warranty, labor is not covered post yr 1 manufacturer warranty. If i have another magnetron issue, I will likely not purchase another LG microwave.

I love this microwave, I have always had a Sharp brand microwave and I was convinced I would never like anything else but I was so wrong there is so much this microwave can do and so well. I am so glad I got it. I’ve not tried everything it can do yet but so far everything I’ve tried has made my life easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this microwave for over a year and I love it. I love the grey inside because it doesn’t every look dirty. Even though I clean it out twice a week. It is easy to wipe clean. It heats leftovers easily. My kids say it is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave a few years ago. It worked wonderfully for a long time. This particular microwave came including a cooking rack that mounts above the turn table held in place with 4 hooks one in each corner. Each hook seems to be completely plastic held in place with a clip design, one of the hook although has a screw in it. I don’t know why it’s there as it served no purpose holding the hook in place. The screw is also inaccessible the way the hook curves in front of it making it impossible to remove without damaging the hook. So the first time I used this rack after a couple years of ownership, it arcs to the screw. I didn’t notice immediately so some small damage did occur. Called the 1800 number on the microwave and they had a company send a tech for inspection. He checked out the microwave and made the issue worse by running the microwave for minutes at a time. He melted the plastic hook to the point that the screw inside started arcing to the cabinet. Leaving my microwave unsafe to use and further. Not a safe microwave if you can’t use the product included with it, without destroying the equipment.
