Great little machine for small spaces. While ventless driers do take longer to dry than vented dryers, this one gets my clothes completely dry after one dry cycle.

Not a great machine - very small and difficult to use. Also, it comes included with hoses for install and the installation folks refused to install it because I didn’t order additional extra parts. Extremely dissatisfied.

Great Features

Highly Recommend

Best front load - just needs good care

Replaced an 15 year old model, that died. This one is great, 10x quieter, works great for smaller floor plans such as small condos and apartments, especially if one doesn't have the option to install a vent. It comes with a lot of different options that I am still learning as upgrading after from a 15 year old machine there is a learning curve to some features, but overall still very easy to use right out of the box. Install was also a breeze and it comes with all needed hoses.

The unit takes minimum 4 hours to wash & dry 5 towels and according to Home Depot chat there are no returns/exchanges after you’ve accepted the appliance.

Service after the purchase
Used this washer for 10 months and the pump failed. Unit under warranty but the manufacturer has not found a company that is willing to come out and fix it. What good is a warranty if they can’t find someone to repair it?

A ventless combo is the option for us and we had the predecessor to this model for 8 trouble-free years. The new model still does not dry like a vented unit but it is quieter and dries faster than our old one. Overall happy with the update

Excellent washer/dryer. Very compact, takes little water and less destructive to cloth in comparison with the activator monsters. It takes longer for drying than dedicated dryers do but this is compensated by much smaller energy consumption. The volume is good for a small family.

Yes the thing works great and the guys who delivered it were very professional the one thing I didn’t understand is why I was forced to buy the hoses and stuff when this unit was ventless. I feel like I should be refunded for that stuff since they didn’t use it.

Our family of 6 has been using this machine for over a month now. We easily do one load a day but sometimes have up to 3 loads. We use the washing and drying cycles and I couldn’t be more happy with it. Our clothes come out very clean and fluffy. I have had to do a deep cleaning once because there was a lingering smell after a very dirty load. The deep cleaning cycle worked and the smell is gone. I’ve already recommended this machine to my friends who are looking into tiny living just like us.

Only suggestion is place on strong floor that doesn't rattle. Powerful spinning action that shakes floor.

Great combo unit

Although I have only used it a couple times, I have been impressed with its cleaning power and drying capabilities. I was worried the most about it not getting the clothes actually dry, but it seems to work great so far. Slightly loud, but I do have it in my tiny house kitchen. I did have to watch a youtube video to understand all the features because it is not straight forward. Overall, would recommend!

Dryer half capacity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer capacity is half of washer capacity, this is not highlighted in its description: "Enjoy the convenience of an all-in-one washer/dryer without giving up on capacity. The largest capacity (2.3 cu. ft.) means you have the room to get it all done."
With its short height I had to kneel in front of the machine to view its settings, this eliminated when easily connected to my smart phone. The door and its seal attracts my cat's long hair, and it easily wipes off. Wash well and dryer takes longer as expected for a unvented dryer.
