when shopping for a new fridge, I did not start out at this price range. we were actually thinking about adding a small fridge in the garage. This is a huge fridge. loads of space. The Door in a Door is actually very useful, this is a new thing for us. I was worried that it would run out of ice. We have a large family so always getting ice. the cubes are smaller but they seem harder than my last fridge. The ice lasts longer as well. Speaking of ice, the craft ice is very cool and I do use it for weekend drinks. It does take time to make, but that is because it is larger and again seems harder. this was an e pensive purchase, and the extra warranty was not that much but brings piece of mind. we love our purchase, highly recommended.

This new unit is great looking and modern and makes big round ice. It makes alot of regular cube ice through the door and the filtered water tastes fine. It's big and I like that the inside shelf area is able to hold alot of beverages and the salad I purchase stays fresh. The freezer is just the right size and keeps ice cream products at zero. The LED lights are bright and the front control panel is easy to see and use. Its quiet and I can reach into the little front door for an tea and add crushed ice without opening the main refrigerator. I'm very impressed.

This is a great refrigerator. So roomy and well organized. I replaced a side-by-side that worked well but frustrated me because of the configuration. I thought this one would be great and it is. I'e only had it a month, but I can tell it is just what I was looking for. Also, the Home Depot installation team did a great job. Thanks LG and Home Depot!

Loves it, the craft ice is my favorite part. Huge, so much space to fit our food items.

It's huge, plenty of room inside, super quite, well made good fit and finish. InstaView door is a nice touch and does save opening full door if you stock right.

So far, so good. Have only had it a week. We love the craft ice and having dual ice makers. However, it's disappointing that it only makes 3 balls a day. They are big, between golf ball and tennis ball in size. It will be nice to have for parties and get-togethers. Love the door in door and printproof stainless steel. We weren't sure about the door in door when we were shopping but love it. So nice to reach in for a bottle of water without opening the whole door. The printproof was a huge selling point for us as well. Our older model LG didn't have printproof, and we were always having to be careful to clean it without scratching it. If you have kids, this is a must-have. Hoping to have many good years with this fridge.

It is a beautiful refrigerator, the 29.7in is humongous and everything fits well. The black stainless steel looks gorgeous in the kitchen. So I'll concern myself with the biggest selling point to me of this unit, the craft ice. If you don't care about it so much but want the feature, the unit is fine. To be clear, I've made plenty of craft ice by hand before and used all types of molds and of course a small cooler and then carve out the ice. To make craft ice you need to understand the concept of directional freezing, if you do, you know it takes a long time so the 2-3 spheres a day while true, is not a huge problem for me. I like to get creative with cocktails at home and use clear craft ice for presentation purposes all the time. If you have dabbled in mixology you know what I am talking about. Also it is great to savor spirits like whiskey because the dilution is much slower. So when I saw a fridge that makes perfect clear ice for me, I was sold. The problem is that the "spheres" are not anywhere near spheres, the have a huge flat side that cuts down around 20% of the sphere, they are not huge in size as shown on the ads and most importantly they are cloudy on the side opposing the flat one. To me that pretty clear false advertising.

It is huge inside, plenty of space in doors and all bins, the freezer is massive as well and the 3 drawer system inside is really helpful for organizing in the freezer. Delivery was on time and professional.

We only have this fridge a few hours. I think the instaview feature is helpful whereas the door in door feature not so much. Not only that but the design makes the door panel thicker and it hits the corner of our countertop not allowing us enough to fully open the door unless the fridge is pulled out 3 inches from the wall. This almost negates the look of the counterdepth feature.
