Simple, Feels Fancy and Does the Job!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new dishwasher after the original dishwasher ran its course. We really wanted a dishwasher that JUST DID THE JOB but looked nice and matched our Lg refrigerator. So a little fancy without the hassle of “fancy”. Washes dishes, dries dishes (with the help of rinse aid!) and truly does the job. We wanted a quick wash mode and a good drying mode and we got both! The amount of time for the dishwasher to run is 1hr and 45min better than 2hrs and 30min plus like most dishwashers! It is so nice to have a dishwasher that looks nice, feels fancy, does the job without the headache.

        Rusting after 2 washes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is brand new, after 2 wash cycles, the dryer only works at 50% capacity, and already has multiple rust spots that had to be quickly removed. Our LG products have been great until this

            Ok dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is a little over a year old. The top rack was rusting away. Customer service was great and handled it quickly and sent out a new rack. Not picking on LG. But none of this stuff is worth it. I have had many different manufactures products. They all cost twice as much as they use to and last half the time. So that is my general complaint. None of these items are justifiable cost wise. But it is a nice looking unit and LG will stand behind their product it seems and fix what is under warranty.

                  Quiet and well put together
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after our last dishwasher from another brand which was supposed to be high rated, died. Had it less than 2 years. I researched this one and can say, this dishwasher is fantastic! It cleans extremely well, it's quiet, let's you download different cycles, tells you when it's time to clean it and even sings you a song at the end.

                      Condensation Problem
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG dishwasher is very well designed however I have a condensation problem. I run the dishwasher on normal with night dry. The drying was great until Jan 25th. It seemed the drying function stopped or is very diminished. There was plenty of drying agent in the dishwasher. I contacted Customer Service RNN210127043420 order number and a technician came out on Jan 27th and told me the dishwasher was fine. He said the condensation was normal and to leave the door opened to dry it out. I told him that the drying was excellent at installation so I had a compare of how it should be. He said that if there was a problem there would be an error code. It is inconvenient and hazardous to navigate a kitchen with the dishwasher door open. I am including pictures for your review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG dishwasher a few months ago and got it installed a few weeks ago. I am happy that it has the pretty and stain-resistant front, adjustable top rack, stainless inside, easily accessible front control buttons, and is very quiet during washing.

                          Tricky warranty
I "purchased" this junker on 12-4-2019. It was backordered and i did not receive it until 2-7- 2020. It started leaking from underneath on 1-26-2021. I thought that I was "lucky enough" to happen just before the warranty expired. Silly me! I was sure wrong! When do "reasonable people think their "warranty" should begin? I would think that it would begin the day a person takes possession of the item. NOPE! Your warranty begins on the day they charge you for the appliance. If it get delivered 2 or 3 or 4 months later... there goes a significant portion of your warranty. LG / HOME DEPOT forget to tell you this when you buy your appliances. So when they tell you that you get a 1 year warranty its really not true. People need to consider this especially in the time of covid because you might buy something and you will not get it for many months later and directly shortening your warranty by months! Buyer beware!

machine similar to Bosch but better price
Overall very satisfied with this dishwasher. I would say 48 dbA is at it's quietest, not the loudest it gets, but still much quieter than the one it replaced. Very long cycles but I guess that's supposed to be the new, energy-efficient way. The only weird thing is that paring knives aren't coming clean in the cutlery basket like the silverware does.

We’ve owned LG dishwashers before and bought low noise level for a reason. This is my second LG, different home, my first was whisper quiet so when we moved replaced old dishwasher with a newer version of what I had at my old residence. Payed out more for a quiet dishwasher. This one grinds and bumps?????? Sorry to say. Don’t know what to do but to live with it. Now that being said it does a great job washing.

I installed this myself. Overall it was pretty easy, but I watched an installation video online so I knew what to expect. I definitely recommend doing so if you have never installed a dishwasher before. It is very quiet, as advertised. It is much quieter than our previous model (2004 Maytag), and most times we can't hear it running at all. The unit does a great job cleaning the dishes (note, we pre-rinse), but you must use a rinse agent to get your dishes completely dry. I tried every cycle option possible but I was still getting wet dishes until I put the sheeting agent to use. I was concerned about extra chemicals, but I found one that uses citrus (Lemi Shine). My one complaint is the cycles take a very long time, and even the "Turbo" cycle takes an hour. Plan on 2-3 hours for a general cycle time.

                                        Beware!
In less than 3 years the racks have rusted and eroded and the control panel broke twice, first time repaired under home depot extended warranty, 2nd unfortunately right after it expired. After contacted LG for an authorized vendor for repair at my expense, I was informed that the fine cracks on the top frame caused moisture damages to the control panel which now needs to be replaced along with frame. $600-700 dishwasher after 3 yrs will cost me over $300 to fix and it will possibly break again. No more LG for me.

                                            Just what I was hoping!
Great machine. Used only once, small sample size, but a gem! I ordered this one since I needed the slighly smaller unit to fit in my cabinet. I already epoxied the counter top, totally new HD porcelain tile floor, so I did not want to remodel this opening space. Fit like a glove!

DO NOT BUY UNTIL YOU SEE ME RESOLVE THIS! (UPDATE)
Ok issue has been resolved. First I tried chatting on LG website chatline, response was swift and helpful. They sent a technician after 4 days. Technician came in and checked the dishwasher. Found out that the wire cap that holds the wires connected together got burned and is the cause of the dead dishwasher. After using new caps, cutting off the burned wire parts and reconnecting everything it's alive again. Overall took within 5-10 minutes to fix super fast job. Technician also gave a tip on how to drain the tub by pressing and holding start button 3 secs to drain. Just a tip for those who may need to use it. So those that happen to have problems with the dishwasher might just want to check the wires and make sure they aren't burned after turning off the fuse!

DO NOT BUY UNTIL YOU SEE ME RESOLVE THIS!
I bought this unit about 3 months ago and used it everyday with normal usage. At first I was happy with the unit even with all the quirks like longer washing time 2-3 hours depending on which setting you choose for washing, energy saving mode that didn't truly save due to longer sessions with the fan running at the end, drying that remains wet after sessions with the fan spinning after washing to, I can still deal with all that. The only thing I was happy with is it being really quiet, having a metalic interior and exterior finish with the brand being LG looking very modern with some relatively nice dishwasher racks. Here's the catch, it died on me. No amount of troubleshooting was able to fix it. I tried, removing the water in the tub and cleaning the filter, tried pressing lid lock two buttons to troubleshoot, tried to turn fuse switch on and off to see if the unit lights up, tried making sure that the door lock is secure and not loose, etc. I'm going to contact LG customer service and see what they can do. So I will keep you guys posted so don't buy until you see me resolve this ok and just to make sure I am credible and legit, I took a picture of the unit to show everyone here that I have an lg dishwasher though a bad pic. Its a no go at the moment right now! So search for my posts for an update of whats going on.

This dishwasher works great! It gets dishes clean and completely dry (we use a rinse aid for every wash). Our old dishwasher used to leave our plastic bowls and plates soaking wet. So far we are very happy with this purchase! It also looks very nice and was pretty easy to install. Nice job, LG! We will be buying more of your products.

                                                    install difficulties
as space is limited for most any dishwasher, something LG failed to realize is the drain hose location. Our previous dishwasher had the smaller hose, probably about 1/2" and where it was located was about 8"s in from the back of the washer. LG, however, has the hose outlet closer by about 2" from the back of the washer, and gives 2 hoses, 1 that's a cover prob about 3/4" and than the 1/2" one in side of it, nice idea, but it doesn't flex enough to allow the washer to be recessed fully now. so you have the dishwasher sticking out about 3/4" inch further, and no weather strip or means of keeping anything from falling inside where the dishwasher should be. so food for though, before you get this washer, consider the setup of the one it's replacing. especially the drain hose. now we're on the way back to talk to home depot about this issue, and what can be done, since the installers couldn't safely put this one in due to LG's poor design and location of the drain hose...

This dishwasher is a good product. I chose it for the LG name and the fact that it is so quiet. All I can say is make a note that it does not automatically dry the dishes; you have to press and hold another button for that. It suggests you use the rinse aid and I agree with that. I love that I can set the timer and have it run later at night when I'm not in the kitchen.
