I love the water dispenser and where it’ located.
I’ve had this refrigerator for a month and I absolutely love it. It’s keeps food cold and is very quiet. The water and ice maker is great.

      Bought this a few weeks ago & this spot like a bubble appeared called lg & Home Depot & all I got is a run around nobody wants to do anything about it & it’s truly a defect I could see if it was months old but I’ve only had it since February 9th lg wants me to call a lg service person that is 2 hrs away so I would be paying a service call for something that is only a few weeks old never will buy a lg brand again

        Great features and good looking and great performa
        We bought our LG stove, refrigerator and dishwasher they are all very beautiful and add the finishing touch to our newly built home absolutely love the air fry option on the oven and the double draw freezer and the dishwasher is so quiet you bearly hear it run I would definitely recommend

          Wont cool correctly & same with replacement
          Im frustrated i bought this refrigerator, price was right, but I should’ve listened to the reviews. The first fridge didn’t cool below 42. Which is a food safety issue. Since it was within the 48 hours of buying it, I had the option of returning it or getting a replacement, I stupidly chose to get a replacement and of course the 2nd one has the same issue & it’s too late to return. I’m stuck with this piece of junk that I financed & have to pay off. I cant afford a new working fridge right now

            Smaller measurements & better quality & feel

                Spacious with double freezer drawers
                [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love our new fridge! My favorite thing about it, is the double freezer drawers. They extend out completely and allow for easy access to the frozen food. My only disappointment with this fridge is that it does not have WiFi to connect to the LG ThinQ app.

                  Love my new refrigerator and couldn’t believe how much room I had compared to my old side by side refrigerator. I love the separate bottom freezer and the water and ice being in the inside due to I’m scared of germs getting in the water dispenser from having pets and fur in the air! So far no issues and would recommend this fridge.

                          Good Fridge, One Big Problem
                          Good Fridge. Lots of space. I have one issue. The bottom left freezer door keeps accumulating ice, so there is some issue with a seal, I believe, but I can't seem to fix it. I saw this same issue in a product review somewhere that said it was a known product issue but I was optimistic that new items sold would be corrected.. Wrong. (Also have to set fridge temp to 34 to keep it below 40.

                            No light in bottom freezer ?
                            Very disappointed after just two days. Didn't know it had no light in bottom freezer compartment. top shelf has very bright light but holds very small amount of items other than ice. Bottom shelf has no light that holds the most amount of food. Ice maker is the slowest I ever had. Took two days to almost fill it. I have the refrigerator set on 33 degrees because I like my drinks ice cold. stays on 36 or 37 degrees. I know why this unit was cut in price so much now.

                                So far so good but we’ve only had it a few weeks. Works well, cools well, quiet. The only issue is the whole “smart diagnoses” selling point. This fridge does not work with the lg app. So thinking we were going to diagnose issues through the app, view temperature etc…we were disappointed to find the fridge does not have wifi. Basically yes it has smart diagnosis but you need to call Lg and they try to diagnose the issue over the phone depending on what sound the smart diagnoses area is making (smart diagnosis is on top right area of the fridge inside the door)…what a hassle! We have yet to use that feature but the fridge will not alert you when there is an issue. You need to contact Lg if an issue arises.

                                  I bought this refrigerator two years ago and my wife is very happy that the ice and filtered water dispenser has not broken. What my wife likes the most about this refrigerator is how the filtered water dispenser was discreetly placed inside the refrigerator versus being outside the french door. The kids have no chance of breaking the water dispenser because it was strategically placed against the inside wall of the fridge where the kids have less tendencies to abuse the feature. The ice tray inside the fridge is another way to keep the kids from abusing the feature versus if it had been located outside the french door. The fridge works great overall, has plenty of storage area for our household of 5. Happy wife, happy life. Thanks LG.

                                    I'm always a little apprehensive after reading negative reviews, but my experience with this unit has been nothing but positive. The icemaker works like clockwork, the tray layout makes organization easy, and the unit is clean and quiet. What more could you ask for in a refrigerator?

                                        Door seal tearing
                                        This is an excellent refrigerator! It’s pretty, the water dispenser is great, I love the double drawers. The only issue we’ve recently discovered is that the door seal on the right side door is ripping. I don’t know if that’s something that can be replaced or not?? Hopefully it is :/. We’ll try and contact LG or Home Depot to find out.

                                            My older refrigerator was on its last legs. I had already upgraded my washer/dryer and oven to LG and have been very happy. I wanted an inside water dispenser and french doors. I found exactly what I wanted and is so quiet I do not know its running. But it is! My food is lasting longer and staying fresher.

                                              My second LG 27 cu/ft
                                              I DID buy my second 27 cu/ft LG refrigerator because of the love I had for my first LG LFX25974ST 01 model refrigerator EVEN THOUGH it unfortunately succumbed to lineal compressor failure. I owned it since 2012, 10 years. It was the pride of my kitchen performing it’s duty flawlessly until the end. My new LMWS27 is an amazing tool. Somebody finally analyzed the contents of a normal family refrigerator and provided us with solutions. The main one being storage of “refrigerate after opening” condiments, sauces, gallon jugs, jars and bottles that clutter up the shelves and leave us with no room for leftover storage. This gem holds EVERY ONE of these items in the oversized door shelves! Leaves so much space on the shelves (albeit a very slight bit shallower) for FOOD. (See pics) The compromise is having no water or ice in the door which was a subject resolved by being the lesser of two evils. We were right! It’s a pleasure to open the door for ice and dispensed water knowing we can itemize and see all the aforementioned items in a neat arrangement. Kudos to LG! Now, for the ONLY inconveniences. Please add a second light in the lower freezer compartment and devise a butter storage shelf w/ cover to attach to the upper side wall of the food compartment. Thanks. Note to prize consideration: if this were to win the prize…PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send me a compressor and condenser for my old 10 year refrigerator, I’ll give it to someone who can love it like I did.

                                                We purchased this residential refrigerator as a replacement for the existing refrigerator in our 2006 Beaver Patriot Thunder Recreational Vehicle. The refrigerator was professionally installed, and we found that it fit perfectly. It keeps all of our food and frozen items at the correct temperature. It is a beautiful unit - inside and out. We made another great choice with this LG refrigerator!

                                                  From the day it arrived the bottom freezer has accumulated frost very quickly. After a quick investigation it was clear the seals were not properly installed. It has been difficult to get service from LG's service provider. I have been treated as if it is somehow my fault that the seals are not attached in a brand new refrigerator. Otherwise it seems to be a fine product.

                                                    No ice when I need it most, would not buy again!
                                                    Hot summer and I don't have air conditioning, but this ice maker simply could not keep up. Even on "ice plus" the ice production was dismal. I tried to adjust the temperature downwards (per LG recommend) the ice maker went in shock for two days and made no ice at all & the ice volume didn't change There is always a heavy build up of frost in the bottom freezer drawer. I did reach out to LG via their FB page, they were unable to help. Twice I've had to buy ice at the store. Buyer beware.

                                                      We purchased this refrigerator end of May 2022. By July we had issues. Over freezing, very poor customer service. They have 5 steps they follow in order to take care of customers. Not happy at all.

                                                          I purchased LG French door refrigerator from Home Depot on 5/25 and was delivered on 6/3. We were very pleased with our new refrigerator. It has large interiors and very easy to use. Ice was making quick. Plus, very quite. But, the door handle broke after 2weeks. I called Home Depot and was told I’d have to contact LG directly. Understood that part. So, I called LG 800-243-0000 and had ridiculous customer service ever. The guy from customer service kept saying I don’t have to pay any for the new door handle but I’d have to pay for the technician to come out. What a dumb way to tell frustrated customer who has broken door handle on a brand new refrigerator. I like everything about LG refrigerator but give 0 star on how LG handles the minor issues. It could’ve been resolved easily. All you gotta do is send someone out to fix the door handle. It shouldn’t broke after 2weeks on a brand new in the first place though.

                                                            Great Organization, Lots of Space and Features
                                                            [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up with the freezer on the bottom and wanted to buy one for myself as an adult. I love the two compartments being able to separate the types of frozen foods. There is so much space and it is easy to find things. The water dispenser is great being located inside and the ice maker produces ice quickly. The refrigerator is so quiet you don’t realize it is running. There is a lot of shelf space and large compartments on the doors for ease of access. I especially love the long, thin compartment that stretches the width of the top section. It is perfect for storing my cans of water, soft drinks, etc. What is really nice is that it doesn’t freeze my salads and vegetables. My old refrigerator would freeze/burn them and I had throw them out wasting tons of money. Lastly, it’s a beautiful unit along with the range and microwave I bought at the same time. The stainless steel is easy to clean and a wonderful upgrade from what I had. I am so happy and pleased with my purchase! I already have an LG TV and felt confident in buying the kitchen appliances. I’m so glad I did!
