Yuck!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t keep food fresh! It was missing a filter and I’ve call several times with the promise a replacement filter was being mailed about 3 months ago. The food just keeps spoiling! Worst decision ever! LG has yet to make it right!

I Bought It and Would Buy It Again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic refrigerator, fantastic freezer. Both do an excellnt job in raising the temperature of new purchases and maintaining the temperature of the stored items. The most disappointing feature is the constant level of noise emitted throughout the process of making and replacing ice cubes. I suspect that there is little insulation around that part of the freezer. Otherwise, this is an excellent appliance.

I like the look and the installation went well. Seems to be working just fine. On the downside, the storage drawers on fridge side require reaching to the bottom to open - wish you could open them from the top of the drawer. I’ve had it about a month.

Like overall, just a few ticks I am not a fan of.
We have only had for a few weeks, but so far so good overall. We love how roomy it is and like the large shelving in the door. After having a worn out fridge, this is amazing. Some features that I may deem unsuitable now may just take getting used to after having the same style for so many years. Like not having dedicated space for the eggs. Also love how the shelving is clear so you can see better into the drawer. As long as you don't open the main door all the way back, it will close automatically. Another nice feature that will take time to get used to as it shuts pretty hard behind you.
The drawer 'handles' are on the bottom of the drawer, so we have to bend over farther than I would like to open and close. The 'handle' on the exterior of the fridge takes some getting used to. I am seriously thinking about adding something to the drawers so we don't have to bend over so far.
The only true negative (not just a feature to get used to) is the mess the ice dispenser makes. You have to use a pretty wide receptacle to catch all of the strays so they don't end up on the floor. Their is no drip tray. It is just flat. I realize all refrigerators probably do this to a degree, but this one is way worse than our previous older fridge. Helps if you remember to stand there for a few seconds before removing your glass. I started using large measuring cup.

So much room! Great sleek looking fridge.
I’ve had this fridge for a bit now and really like almost everything about it. Here are the main great points:
-The water dispenser is large so fits a big Stanley or Yeti cup.
-There is SO much room in both the fridge and freezer. I haven’t had a side by side before but the additional freezer room means we don’t have to buy an extra freezer.
-Because it’s a side by side, you can see everything in the fridge. I can organize better because one whole shelf can be beverages, one whole shelf can be my husbands vegan and the next shelf can be my dairy / meat.
-The look is sleek without handles. It takes a bit to get used to opening it with the under handles but I like the look better than handles.
-the water tastes great!
Here are the downsides, which aren’t really but could be improved:
-The ice doesn’t come out nicely cut. It is messy as it’s coming out and doesn’t look like well cut ice for drinks, etc.
-The water dispenser has a small spout so it’s not very fast. I get impatient filling my Stanley mug - it takes a bit!

A definite pass on this one
Limited organization options. Beeps every time you open the door. Was difficult to level because only has front levelers. Drawers are inconvenient.

CONS: i dislike the cord being on top of the fridge.
-The fridge has a loud vibration sound. when im in the other room it sounds like a low rumble, like a helicopter off in the distance, but it goes away if i push my hand up against the back of the fridge.
-I paid extra for the fingerprint proof finish, which works well but that doesnt stop water spots from showing up all over the front, and those show up alot more often since there are no handles on this fridge.
-i am 6 foot 2 and the recessed handles are a little too low for me so i end up just grabbing the top of side of door.
-i am someone that uses a lot of ice and this ice machine does not produce ice quick enough. also the dispenser crushes the ice even if you dont have it on crush because of the way the blades are designed.
-There is no deli drawer
PROS
-shelves on the door have a lot of space
-lots of room

Mostly great
I have enjoyed my LG refrigerator. It is large enough to hold everything I need. One bad thing is that the dispenser to the ice maker has frozen up 3 times. They are going to replace the seal and that should take care of it. They also need to inform you that the plug for the refrigerator is on the top of the fridge. My fridge has to sit farther from the wall than I would prefer because it won’t slide under my cabinet.

Great Refrigerator
My old refrigerator gave out. I needed a new one. Which one to buy? Oh my - so many to choose from. I flew the measurements of the opening in the wall so I start with that. I searched on line I found that I had a 27 cu ft refrigerator. Now I could narrow my search to brand. Again so many to choose from. I wanted a brand I knew I could trust and was reliable. I found it! A LG!,, it is everything I wanted and needed in a new refrigerator!

Best Buy

Number one; it makes good ice and the amount meets our needs which is above average as we live in the Carribean and use alot throuhout the day. Better quality and quanity than the much more expensive refridgerator that we replaced. Surface stays very clean, any fingerprints are easily removed with a gentle wipe. Good design, especially like the projection of the lower drawer, very convenient for sitting items on while removing something from the upper shelves. Maintains constant and acturate temmperatures, checked with a thermometer.
Before purchasing we compared many different makes, when comparing the features, performance and price it's the best buy around. Highly recommend. K & C. St Thomas, Virgin Islands

Yes! So Happy we chose LG

Initially I was surprised there isn't a butter garage, but using a little container in the top shelf is even better for stick butter storage, because it allows storage in front for rest of dairy, cream cheese, sour cream now its always there there's no searching for it. (see picture)
I love the function of the drawers, how easily they slide in and out, seems the interior parts are not cheaply made they very nice and sturdy. The stainless steel on the front is sooooo easy to wipe fingerprints off, this entire refrigerator is light years away from our old Whirl p o o l

Like the look
I bought this to replace my LG that finally died after so many problems. I like the no handle look but don't think it had tall people in mind. There should be door pockets on top of doors instead of just the bottom to open and especially close the doors. The draws have no handles and you have to bend way over to open. I prefer the previous models ice and water dispenser where I didn't have to change selections and the ice dispenser is very slow to drop ice.

Enjoying the tap and view feature and craft ice.

The space inside the doors is large and holds all essential items to make for a more organized refrigerator. We have not had any repair items as of yet and the "look" is amazing in our new house.

A good Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is roomy, quiet, easy to clean, and able to keep consistent temperature. However, the temperature adjustments are just approximate. The actual inside temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator sections in the refrigerator we received are always about 2 to 3 degrees colder than the settings.
Most of the shelves are fixed except the top shelf in the refrigerator section which has 2 height positions. It would be nicer to have more shelves height adjustments to provide flexibility.
I wish the refrigerator door can be opened wider. The bottom drawer often hits the door gasket when it needs to be fully opened. Also because the 2 height positions of the top refrigerator shelf are only different by 2 inches, to install the shelf in the lower position, the shelf cannot be tilted enough to avoid scrapping the shelf with the door and the door gasket. I think it should help significantly if the door is allowed to open wider by about 15 to 20 degrees.

This model with no handles meets our needs because of the spacing in the kitchen. The ice maker can’t keep up if you have a large family. The shelves have limited adjustability. The design and style is beautiful. Doors open and close as intended.

Great features

Disappointed, it did not meet our expectations. It is spacious & the ice maker does work. However, it is not printproof, there is no storage section for the butter, & the door shelves don't adjust. It is almost as if when we ordered it on-line, we received an older model/version of the refrigerator we looked at in the store. We have had it for 3 weeks.
