I bought this 7 mon. Ago freezes the vents doesn't let the airflow to the fridge, and food spoiled

I've had this since 2012. The bottom freezer took a bit getting used to. You DO have to "dig" to find your items but the upper refrigerator is better because MOST needed items are at the best level. The stainless is easy to keep clean ( not prone to too many fingerprints). Chimes if doors left open. Very satisfied.

I've seen and used LG phones and they've been problematic. TV's too. Washer and dryers have their ups and downs. Decided to give the fridge a try as recommended by an associate. Delivery came earlier than expected and worked right away. Freezer already cooling. I'll check the fridge tonight after work but it's so quiet. Didn't even know it was running. So far I'm very impressed. 😊

I know I'm not supposed to, but I put this in my garage and it's working perfectly thus far. Super sturdy, great space, and perfect temp regulation between the freezer and fridge.

Today I open the refrigerator door and the whole top shelf plastic cracked on right side and was down on the food on shelf below. The glass held! The first month I had it it cracked on the left side but I had the original tape still on it so just left it! So both sides cracked! The plastic is very flimsy not strong at all! I’m so disappointed I’ve had refrigerator last 25 yrs whirlpool , then next fridge 5 yrs just stopped cooling! Never a shelf issue sturdy! Now what?

Just had about 3weeks. Liked it as soon as we saw it in the store. When it arrived we loved it.So far so good!!

I pretty much NEVER write product reviews, but this refrigerator has me so angry I had to share. We purchased our refrigerator in June 2020 for $777. In the time since I've replaced the 3 refrigerator shelves and just today had to order a new door bin. Luckily these are all available from parts suppliers, but the total cost of all these replacements to date is $333.85 plus shipping! The problem is that the plastic border around the main shelves is cheap / weak plastic.

I purchased the LG refrigerator in a black color last month. It is a little bigger than my old one. The guys that delivered the new refrigerator was excellent. They remove my old one and put in the new one without touching the kitchen floor. When it is first plug in you will hear several different types on noises, but afterwards it stops once the refrigerator is completely cool. Very quiet refrigerator. I am very happy with new refrigerator.

Cheap stainless , shows all fingerprints, when you close fridge door freezer door pops open. Spend a little more for a better fridge .

The refrigerataor did not work well from the start. Perhaps it has something to do with the lack of a good seal once the doors were reversed? In any case, the food is warm.

Stay away from this one! I've purchased several LG appliances but this will be the last! Shelves in the refrigerator are garbage! If they could hold at least 1/4 of what is advertised and pictures show this would have not happened after just 6 months and holding only about a dozen bottles of water. Of course the Warranty is only 90 days. I wrote a complaint to LG and they chose not to respond. Never buy LG again! You should be ashamed! At least have the courtesy to respond!!!!!!!! JUNK!

Purchased a year ago online during covid pandemic supply chain challenge. I needed a fridge right away and settled on this one for brand and color (I really dislike stainless.) It seems to maintain temperature fine. If the space for your fridge is in a corner like mine (next to a wall), be aware that removing the shelves is difficult. They come out best if you can open the door beyond 90 degrees, something I can't do in a corner. The shelves hit the door and won't come out easily. Also be aware that the glass inserts of the shelves do not come off the frames so if you spill liquids and the liquids get under the glass, you will not be able to clean under the glass. My previous fridge had the glass simply sitting in the frame and the glass could be completely removed and cleaned on both sides. These shelves have the glass attached (glued?) permanently and do not allow for removal of just the glass for cleaning. There is now dry liquid under the glass that I can't clean. GROSS! Also, be aware that when you close the fridge door, the freezer door pops open briefly and if the slightest thing is gently pressing on the inside of the freezer door, it will not close and will allow the freezer to thaw. Also, you have to use a good amount of force to close the fridge door or it will not close all the way (See video: https://youtu.be/f0u3MG8RhhI. This platform only allowed for the attachment of one video so I'm adding the link to the second video here.) Too much force, freezer opens. Note enough force, fridge door doesn't close. It's sleek and functional, but these little "inconveniences" make me think twice about buying LG in the future without full vetting in person in the store.

The refrigerator is very sleek looking outside,but the shelving was hard to adjust because of the door being in the way when I had to adjust the height.

The frig is not finger print resistant as stated. I wipe it with cloth and water but, shows streaks then. I also would like to mention that plastic they have on it i took Off has stains in areas where it took coating off from where wrap was on frig.

Shopped every fridge option and got this 8.5 months ago and LOVE IT! No problematic icemaker in freezer, thankfully. Countertop icemaker great option. Improved freezer with weatherproof light & middle shelf. Thicker acrylic shelf, 18”x24”x0.22".

Exactly what I was hoping for. Freezer is the perfect size for ice cream and ice cream bars. Fridge is perfect for many drinks including gallons. Door was reversible as we wanted. Would buy it again. Delivery was fast and delivery workers were friendly

This refrigerator looks good in a small kitchen. Sharp and functional. So far, it has been exactly what I expected and the price is right. I like that it does have the option to add an icemaker later.

This fridge worked for about 2 months. Since then we have had problems with the light staying on when the fridge closes, with the fridge not cooling sufficiently, with the freezer not cooling sufficiently, problems with the freezer being too cold.
