It would have been a good product for the price I paid. However, the compressor died after 4.5 years. It was under the warranty and I got it fixed no cost, but it might die again in the next few years. An LG technician came to fix it the next day I called LG and he fixed it in 2 hours replacing the compressor. If you live in a rural area, it might be hard to get an LG technician quick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 4 year 11 month old LG refrigerator that ran perfectly until the compressor failed on Friday . Doesn’t sound good, does it? Well, one easy phone call to LG, and on Sunday morning the LG service guy showed up (exactly on time) and within 2 hours, I had a brand new compressor installed and the refrigerator was back in business . I couldn’t ask or expect anything better. But it does get better, because LG ‘s compressors are warranteed for 5 years, including parts and labor, I didn’t have to pay a cent . “What a Country”

They sent someone within 2 days of the call and he was able to diagnose the problem and get it running again that day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased about 3 weeks ago. I like the design of the freezer, not crazy about the drawer at the bottom. Shelves and drawers on both side are flimsy. Fearful of cracking or over loading.

About 2 months after we got our fridge, the ice cream started melting in the freezer. We put thermometers in both the freezer and fridge. Both compartments temps continued to rise until they were room temp. The compressor failed. We had to throw out many $$$'s worth of food. We are currently waiting for our replacement fridge.

Bought this refrigerator/freezer since our old one stopped working properly. Looked in Consumer Reports and this was recommended as a top pick. It is very nice and the icemaker works great. Smaller than our last one but we are only two people so it is enough. We also have an old working refrigerator in the garage, for beverages.

I bought this about 2 months ago. It’s really nice and works well. My only issue I have is the gallon or half gallon milk container does not fit inside the fridge without removing or placing the lowest tray to the higher position. If you position the tray higher, you can only fit shallow items on that tray. Otherwise, the milk will be placed in the door compartment which is not the best place for dairy because it’s the farthest from the cold.

After I don’t know how many years we got rid of Frigidaire fridge whose ice cubes were blobs! It was 6 years old. The LG is French Door model and we can see all food items and the ice cubes are plentiful, we love it!

I bought this refrigerator seven weeks ago and it was a great investment. Lots of space on the door and in the freezer. Easy to close the doors and keep the doors clean. We could not be happier with our selection.

I've had this for 6 weeks now and I'm so pleased with it. It's very quiet, so much so that I wonder if it's even on at times. The storage options are great, particularly the glide and serve drawer. I rearranged the shelves to my liking, but I do wish the left door had more options as I keep my Brita pitcher there and that leaves me with just one other shelf. I'm used to having a bottom freezer, which is great, but I've never had a drawer, always a door. That is taking so adjusting, but I'm happy with how much it holds. No regrets!!

Bought this refrigerator and the compressor went out and lg could not find anyone to repair it ,so I called around myself and found a repair shop 100 miles away and paid $1200 to replace the compressor because it was cheaper to replace the compressor instead of buying a new refrigerator so 3 weeks later it quit agin and repair guy fixed it agin a month later it has a code and is unrepairable ,lg has done nothing to help

I've had this fridge for about a month th now, and I can't find anything I don't like about it. It's nice having a French door refrigerator that fits into a 30" wide space. Well built, quiet and reliable. I do love it.

This refrigerator is exactly what we needed in our older home. None of the new styles would fit into the space we have available. The temperature stays at 37 degrees consistently keeping everything nice and cold. I love the bottom freezer with ice maker. Good size for 2 to 3 people.

Really like this refrigerator! Works very well and isn't as large as my previous refrigerator.

We have had two service personnel come to work on the problem of freezing produce. The first had us turn the temp to 39. The second changed a small part explaining it regulates the defrosting which is causing our problem. He changed the refrigerator temperature back to 37. Unfortunately we noticed the outside of fruits (cantaloupe, watermelon) frosted. Just today we used a package of romaine lettuce, and cucumbers both having some frost problems. The tops of Romaine were frosted and the outer part of 3 cucumbers were frosted. I had put the temperature to 38 when the second service call didn’t work. We will have to call for service again.

The two drawers above are deep and roomy. All drawers are so easy to pull out they glide out so nice. I love that the refrigerator sings to me when it is left open too long. I really love the pull out freezer. I did not like my old tegrthay I had to swing open the door and reach in. The ice cubes are a great size too.

I bought this last year and I’m pleased with how the inside is well built, the drawers shelves all still working good no cracks or breaking as I had with other brands.

Bought this 22 CU FT 3 door FRE stainless steel refrigerator 5 years ago. I have not been happy with the frig. It's difficulty to keep it clean (if not cleaned regularly, it looks ugly), the door won't close, and all door bins starts breaking apart after one year. Replacement parts are very expansive.

I had to buy another refrigerator. Because no one could come out to make repairs. And the holiday was coming up. Still not repaired

Freezer ice drawer does not open very wide so that’s something I wish was different.

Was happy to see that LG made an updated fridge that would fit in the limited space of a 1960 home. Have had it for almost a year. Lots of freezer space compared to an old refrigerator freezer. The doors hold so much more than our old fridge so it leaves plenty of room on shelves for food. Hoghly recommend

My wife and I chose that one almost two years ago. Till now we are still happy about that choice.
