Well designed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in December and was delivered in January. The refrigerator is spacious and runs quietly. It can fit a lot more than my old fridge and perfect with a large family. I love the double doors. Also, the ice maker makes 10 cubes per batch and keeps up with my families need for ice.

    As expected
    I bought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago. Some of my decision making was based on what fit my home. The size and style is great. What I miss from my last LG is the split shelves. The full length glass shelves don't seem as stable. I don't have a lot in my fridge, but notice the middle shelf moves or bows a little with basic glass containers with left overs are used. I wonder how this will hold up over time. Otherwise everything else seems good.

      I have liked the functionality of this refrigerator but at 4 years--it blew the circuit board. I've contacted LG repeatedly and no response. It cost $1000 to repair. LG--please provide an email where I can contact a person, not social media. I was given a case file a month ago--and no follow up.

            Decent refrigerator…but...
            We purchased this refrigerator a little over a year ago. So far it’s been a decent purchase, but yesterday I noticed part of the right door seal was torn. There hasn’t been any abuse inflicted upon the refrigerator. It’s been used normally as a…refrigerator. I haven’t reached out yet to LG to inform them, but I will update my post after doing so. I just wanted any prospective buyers to know.

                I bought this and received it 10-20 it’s a great appliance. Very nice inside and out. Can’t see fingerprints at all

                  BEWARE! NO FILTER FOR ICE MAKER!
                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had checked before I bought it. Who thinks about a water filter for the ice maker on a fridge with an ice maker? They don’t say anything in the product’s specs. I’ll have a filter installed on the water line next week, otherwise, it’s tap water ice cubes. SMH

                          LG French door refrigerator
                          The new LG refrigerator works perfectly. We have not experienced any problems and would recommend LG to anyone looking for a refrigerator.

                              Dead after 3 years
                              We picked this fridge up the fall of 2020. August 2023 the fridge stopped cooling. An ohm test on the compressor showed open on the terminals. A chat with a local LG authorized service tech said while the compressor has a 10 year warranty, I'm still paying labor and refrigerant to the tune of $5-600 and no guarantee that this won't happen again. Unbelievable a $1500 fridge is headed to the landfill in less than 4 years. Any energy efficiency gained from our old fridge went right out the window..

                                Solid fridge

I always get a reaction from guests about how much can fit in there! Owned for two years and suddenly stopped cooling. I was delighted to find out LG covers this issue and it was fixed quickly and at no cost to me! Great purchase!

                                    Great Refrigerator with Much Space in a Tight Area
                                    This french door refrigerator has incredible space in such a tight space. I was able to increase 3 cu. Ft. With this refrigerator that does not have water in the door. Ice maker works incredibly well especially with the turbo setting.

                                      So far I have been very happy with my month old refrigerator. It is smaller than my last refrigerator, but it still holds a lot of food. I like the design of the interior. I like that the noise that it makes when the door is open too long doesn't stay on continously, but intermittently. It's also easy to clean.

                                            Inferior interior shelving
                                            The interior shelving on my LG refrigerator began to crack in 2 years, by the time I contacted LG, the drawers and shelving were completely falling apart. LG customer service would not replace the inferior parts, or let me buy them at a discount because it was past warranty. One year later, the glass shelf fell and shattered do to broken support. Again, no help from. Replacement parts will cost me $500. DO NOT BUY LG products.

                                              Love the layout!
                                              This is my favorite refrigerator that we have ever bought! The design is perfect. I don’t need to rearrange or move items around like I use to in my other fridge. I love that the freezer is at the bottom, I am impressed with the room it provides from top to bottom, the look of it and the quality of the refrigerator overall.

                                                Bought our fridge may 2021 model LRFCS25D3S. In May 2023 it stopped working. The compressor was gone & had just gone shopping & lost like $400 worth of food. Had it repaired. A week later everything defrosted & had a cl error code. Today the repairman came & says it needs a new motherboard. It is June 29th, so basically have gone 2 months with this fridge not working. Thankfully the store I bought it from gave me a basic refrigerator to use after a month of waiting for a fix. Almost $1000 worth of food thrown away. Never buying anything lg again

                                                      Good 33" replacement, but doesn't it display temp?
                                                      We did a lot of shopping for a 33" refrigerator to replace our existing refrigerator in an older home. We liked this model because it is large capacity for a 33" and it went on sale so $600 savings. The ice maker in the freezer makes perfect sized squarish cubes. Why doesn't the display show the actual temperature? That's a huge miss and doesn't make sense at all - we had to buy separate thermometers. Only had it a couple weeks; hopefully it's reliable long-term.
