[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the most disappointing washing machine I have ever owned in 57 years of marriage.

FYI we followed the recommendations on this washing machine, running the tub CLEAN cycle. Feel free to look at the images provided. There is a big flaw design! The water sits in the tub (you wont see it) and doesn't completely leave causing mold to grow inside the second white tub.This eventually comes out into your clothes. We had to take the entire thing apart.There was so much mold. I did NOT think this was going to be a problem with a top loader but I was wrong. It's disgusting.

Absolute garbage. These machines can't wash and cannot stabilize Would rather own almost anything but these.

This washer was brought to replace the same make washer we had problems with lint being left on clothes. We thought they would have fixed this problem by now. ( WRONG)! After 1 week of use we are having the same problems! My sister inlaw had same problem with hers. ( LG NEEDS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM)!!! It’s not like they are not aware of this problem!! The internet is loaded with the same complaint!!

It may be a govt requirement, or it may be a marketing ploy to advertise low water usage/costs, but the NORMAL cycle adds a ridiculously small amount of water...not even enough to fully wet the clothes. It's easy enough to bump that up with Deep Wash and Water Plus options, but you shouldn't have to. The agitation of this impeller style is very gentle. If you are expecting to see your clothes vigorously rolling during the cycle you will be disappointed.

Let's just say, if anyone your family works any kind of physical labor job or a "messy job", you will be highly disappointed....period. Before placing any items in washer, you'll first have to literally hand wash or rinse any and all clothing, beding etc that are soiled even a little or they will look the same coming out that they did going in...even curtains that just hang there I had to hand scrub because swishing damp clothes aroud does NOT cause enough friction to "scrub" out simple dirt.

So very disappointed with this washing machine. It wrinkles all the clothes and I do not feel like it even covers the clothes with water.

The washer washes great. I just have a question about opening the top and a loud clicking noise happens. Is this normal?

The temperature options on this machine are bogus - no matter what you select it only uses straight cold water. Only by selecting "Deep Wash" and at the same time" Water Plus" will the machine put in even a reasonable amount of water - otherwise some items will never get submerged in the tiny bit of water this machine uses. So, per my photo, I added a laundry room faucet so I can add hot water and bring the water level up as needed – which is frequently.

Purchased in late February 2023. Thought my family and I would learn to like it. Nope. The machine is frustrating as it does not add enough water to Normal wash cycle to get the clothes wet, let alone clean. I have never experienced a washing machine that ends up, making my clothes dirtier than they were when we started. Everything is always covered in powdery lint. Wish I could exchange it.

This is my first LG appliance.  I’m impressed with the design and appliance efficiency. I was shocked to discover that this washing machine is so quiet when it’s running.  Choices on the control panel allow for cleaning difficult-to-clean clothing. I don’t believe I’ve ever filled this washer to the maximum load level.    I’ve had this washer for 8 months and continue to make pleasant discoveries.

I had to buy rubber hoses and water hammer arrestor. There is an ob going "clank" sound that occurs a couple times during cycle but the machine cleans the clothes well even with less water. Under terms and conditions, I did "not" get this machine free or at discounted price in exchange for my review. I did the review in order to enter sweepstakes.

I love having an impeller washier. It works great for all size loads and doesn't bounce around like my old one. I love all the setting this has too. I highly recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the lg washer WT7150 in June. I feel the washer is not getting clothes as clean as my previous washer did. My other washer had a deep fill button. I thought the water plus was like the deep fill. Not. When I press water plus at times the items still are not fully emerged in the water. Sorry I purchased it. I wish I could return it & up grade to a better LGModel. I also purchased the matching dryer & that works fine.

So happy with its simplicity and extremely quiet operation! Clothes for teenage boys really come clean!

Washer works great mechanically. Only complaint is the top glass lid plastic frame cracked on two sides after 8 months. The replacement cracked in the same place after 3 months. Waiting to have third one installed. Hope that one doesn’t do the same.

I bought this washer a few months ago and I am very happy with it. It has a large capacity of 5.0 cu. ft. that can fit a lot of clothes, towels, and bedding. It also has a variety of cycles and options to choose from, depending on the type and amount of laundry I have. The 6Motion technology uses different motions to agitate the clothes and remove dirt and stains effectively. The washer is also very quiet and energy-efficient, which I appreciate. Some of the features that I like are the auto detergent dispenser, which automatically dispenses the right amount of detergent for each load, the deep fill option, which allows me to add extra water for heavily soiled items, and the end-of-cycle signal, which lets me know when the wash is done. The washer also has a stainless steel tub, which is durable and easy to clean. The only downside that I can think of is that the washer is quite tall, so I have to bend down to reach the bottom of the tub. This might be an issue for some people who have back problems or are shorter than me. However, this is not a deal-breaker for me, as I can use a stool or a grabber tool to get the clothes out. Overall, I would recommend this washer to anyone who is looking for a high-quality, high-efficiency, and high-capacity top-load washer. It does a great job of cleaning my clothes and has many features that make it convenient and user-friendly. It is also reasonably priced for its performance and quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with my purchase, and am impressed with how quiet it is as well as the ease of setting up the washer to run. Moreover, the exterior size (matching that of the dryer,) is pleasantly more compact than a previous "smaller" one. The turn nob is smooth and requires little to no pressure to turn, while not having to worry about turning it clockwise or counterclockwise. Finally, and most importantly, my linen comes out clean and fresh, all while using less water and energy. I could not have asked for a better find.

This washer is awesome . Huge inside drum , and HE , doesn’t use massive amounts of water . It’s so quiet ! i just got rid of my last washed machine and didn’t realize how freaking loud it was . This one is so quiet I love it. THE DELIVERY SERVICE was also amazing , they deserve 5 stars.

This is my first impeller washer and I'm still deciding if I like it. The water level seems low for a top load washer, maybe this is just how new smart impeller machines work. I read the manual and checked all the settings, now I use the water plus option. Something to note is the waterproof materials need to use the waterproof cycle. Also make sure to use the right HE type detergent. The controls are all up top and clear for easy operation. The glass lid lets you see what's happening without opening the lid. The machine is fairly quiet so if it is near your living area it will not interfere with other activities.

I bought my LG washer about 2 weeks ago and I love it. It is quiet and washes thoroughly. I love the bedding feature for washing my queen size comforter.
