We bought this oven as a Valentine’s Day present and the electronics are already malfunctioning. We are currently waiting on a tech to come repair the control panel. The controls freeze so that none of the buttons work and the oven sticks on. We have to shut off the circuit breaker to shut off the oven sometimes

This is my first range that has a double oven, and I feel it is extremely useful. Not taking very long to learn how to use all the features. The style goes very nicely in my new kitchen.

Although the manual is within arms reach to help me get acclamated to the new technology, I am getting used to the features and find that I am impressed. I do, however, feel that a (double) oven is not as practical as you may think. The bottom is a convection oven which I have not used at this point. But I do know I will not be able to bend down to place anything heavy,(such as a turkey or roast )and pull it back out and up onto the stove or counter . My opinion is having one oven with convection capabilities which would be better.

The cooktop surface is slip resistant so I don't have to worry about sliding pans. the double over works great and the top oven is bigger that most stoves with double ovens. Looking forward to many years of cooking on it.

We decided we would only buy another LG because we liked it so much. Love the idea of only heating up the small oven for small things. The burners heat up faster and hotter - we use lower heat level than prior. We really like the look of the stove. it has clean modern lines. Great purchase.

We love this LG Double oven. It is beautiful, allowing us to cook items in different ways, at different temperatures at the same time. Both ovens & cook top provide even heating. Detailed instructions are provided for all options. The timer could be louder but otherwise a wonderful purchase.

My favorites are the Ultraheat burner that heats up lightening fast, along with the ability to choose the right size heating element, and the Infrared grill in the upper oven. The Infrared grill allows me to brown food but not heat up the surrounding areas of the stoven and, of course, does not heat up my kitchen. Since I live in the desert, this is a wonderful feature to have and I certainly look forward to being able to use my oven in the summertime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have been happy with my LG appliances except that upon delivery the refrigerator was slightly scratched. I was given the option of keeping the appliance or getting a new one which would take several more days. The delivery person said that this refrigerator had touch up pens which would hide the scratch. I went with this option thinking that all I needed to do is order a pen. To my unpleasant surprise, I found that you cannot get a touch up pen for black stainless. Is there anything I can do to hide scratches?

We have had issues with the top and bottom racks fitting. I requested replacement racks and received one, but the bottom rack was incorrect.

So far, love it. Haven't had it a week yet - but the burners and oven work much more quickly than what we had and it is a joy to use!

When we moved into our new home 3 years ago, we purchased all LG appliances. Since then, one of the lights indicating a burner is hot, has fallen inside and can’t be repaired. The knobs are EXTREMELY too easy to turn on. We have had several incidents where things have caught fire. After a year, the writing on the stove has worn off from being cleaned. I’ve honestly never been so disappointed in range before. This will be the last LG purchase we make.

Love the range but the buttons on the front easily turn on or higher if you gently press against them. I read that in other reviews and thought it would be fine if I was aware of the problem. I’ve had the stove 3 weeks and it’s happend 4-5 times. Now l keep it locked all the time- it’s annoying.

The biggest issue we have is safety. We find the knobs turn on very easily and have done so several times. A bump with hip, a towel catching the knobs, etc. will turn on the burners. Although you need to depress the knob to turn on a burner, we found they can turn on fairly easy. Consider knobs on back panel. This area is only concern we have with stove. Otherwise, we like the stove performance. Especially the double oven.

It was my Christmas present. I have a large family so the two ovens really come in handy. I am still getting used to the convection part but I hear that I will love it. But the cook too scratched way too easily!

Knobs are a bit large and text is difficult to read. Knobs are taller than the cook top which means you accidentally slide trays or dishes coming out of the oven accross the top of the knobs when placing them on the cook top. This will wear and scratch them. Otherwise a great oven overall!

It arrived as scheduled and works well. The GE order was a disaster and ordered the LG instead. I am glad we did

Just as a follow up to my previous review...I bought an oven thermometer and checked the upper oven and even using the +35 degree thermostat adjustment, the tenperature is consistently 25 degrees too low. Basically I have to alter all my recipes by adding 25 degrees! The lower convection oven works correctly however. Since this appliance is expensive and brand new I would like to return it, but am having a hard time getting that done.

Very nice. Only just started using it but enjoy the double ovens and fast boiling of water.
