[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought new end of May. 1st dryer had obnoxious rattle while drying clothes. Returned and 2nd dryer still has same issue. Of interest is that the rattle only occurs with a load of clothes. When running without clothes you can’t hear it and the dryer sounds fine. Quick Google search and I found that many are experiencing this issue and one solution is to stuff a thick towel between upper front left corner and the wall or washer (which sometimes works). I suppose this would not be an issue if the laundry room was not next to kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that you can open the door from top to bottom to easily transfer clothes from washer to dryer and the fact that I can swing the door open as well for removal of dried laundry. I have not figured out yet if the dryer has Bluetooth features such as letting me know when I am away from it that the drying cycle is finished

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First new dryer in 25 years. Love it. Excellent capacity. Cycle time is less than old one. Like the 2-way door. Don't like the drum light logic - should have a button of its own and should not cut off while still unloading dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love all of the functionality and available options (presets), but the Normal setting, right out of the box, works great. We have yet to use the steam option, but looking for a reason to use it to see how that works! We are happy with this purchase. It's great to get the cycle completed notification on the App when we're too far away to hear the pretty song at the end of the cycle.

So I was hesitant to swap it for another one, but I did. The consumer reviews were overwhelmingly positive. Second unit is perfect. Not sure I’ll ever use all the settings but it gives me something to play with. Handles those king size blankets etc, with ease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes the sensor just senses that things are dry when they aren’t. Bedding is a really good example. It is a little difficult to figure out how to set it to manually dry without sensing when to stop. For clothes it Works great!

I never thought the electric dryer would get the clothes dry as quickly as my gas one did, but I was wrong! It does a wonderful job and it is quick! In addition the door opens from two directions, which I find very convenient!

After I study online the millions of features I am sure I will like it even more. At first I did not think it dried well enough and I called LG. I was amazed how fast I reached a person and how they were competent. They suggested my dryer flap on the wall of the house was stuck, I examined it, seemed good, and then used the dryer again and now it is fine. Maybe it had been stuck (flap)?

I’ve even dried a huge quilt that came out beautifully after a few cycles . My only drawback is the dryer did not come with a manual and I don’t know how to use all of the settings. I bought a matching washing machine and they look so nice together. The LG products are great.

Our old dryer was an LG, and I wanted the same brand this time and it's great! It dries quickly and the clothes come out looking great. No problems. We have used the steam when I need to make sure wrinkles are non-existent, and it works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a dryer it dries clothes as it should, mechanically it seems quiter that our prior dryer at least when there are no jeans in it. No dryer is quiet in that case. The really SUPER handy thing is the "hamper" door opening. We didn't even know it had this feature but it sure makes tossing the wet clothes into the dryer quicker and with a lot less chance of clean, wet clothes landing on the floor. Super handy!

We cleaned out the vent line and the next time we used the dryer the cloths dried in half the time. We are thankful because it identified a potential safety fire issue.

The sensors don’t work with medium to light loads, so you have to use a timed cycle and guess at your dry time. Unless you do mostly large loads you are better off getting a smaller machine.

The dryer has lots of settings and dries quickly! I love the dual door which prevents the clean colors from landing on the floor. I highly recommend the washer and dryer set!
