We purchased the dryer a few months ago. Our dryer had stopped working. Love this machine. It is efficient and and has cycles for all types of materials.

We bought both the Washer and Dryer at the same time. They work really well, but I am not so sure about the "built in intelligence". The dryer never over drys the cloths, and the choices seem fairly well programmed. Now, all the positives being said, here are my issues. The WiFi needs some work. Complicated to set up, and once, if dropped off line, and it took a 20 minute call to LG to get it back online. There are very little to NO instructions on the process for using the Steam Function. I tried it and the clothes came out damp. And lastly, the rubber gasket between the door and the dryer box is constantly needing to be cleaned, as the seal must not be fully sealing, and an accumulation of lint and debris is constantly building up. Other wise, we truly like the dryer. I paid full price for this unit.

We just purchased this dryer, and are loving it. Uploaded the WiFi so can tell when the dryer finishes which helps to get the clothing out quick so there is less wrinkles. The look of the machine is wonderful. It is very friendly to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer at the end of last year. Great purchase. I really like the steam feature and I'm very pleased with the quality of the dryer.

The steam function hasn't worked since purchased and it is not the result of installation or the water supply line. Also having a difficult time getting warranty service. As for the warranty claim process, it is horrible. Also notice little difference between heat settings. All are hot except for the lowest and there isn’t an 'air only' setting. Lastly, a substantial amount of lint gets past the lint tray and is very difficult to clean out where it accumulates under the tray. On a positive note, it is nice looking!

After ironing out the kinks, I am very pleased with this product

I bought this about 10 months ago and it’s great! I love the steam dry as it does a great job of getting wrinkles out of most clothes if I left the load in the dryer too long after drying.

This is a new machine. A very small load of clothing ( ex.- 6 white tee shirts) comes out more than 80% dry. The repair man confirmed this. I would like to exchange it for another model. My brand new house deserves better. Also, the lint trap broke a long time ago. Where is the replacement I asked for?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and enjoy the dryer. I do feel like it takes 2 sessions to dry everything properly. That is a down fall for me. Other than that I do enjoy the steam feature.

This was purchased for multi-family use so it runs all of the time. It is probably our 3rd LG and we now always buy the LG washers. If I moved to a private home I would be buying LG. Just find them to be reasonably priced with good features and reliable.

The connectivity between the two machines is amazing and the dryer presets the settings based on what you washed in the washing machine. Also, we are able to get notices on Alexa and our phones when the cycle is done, so we can move loads along quicker. Having a large family with lots of laundry to do makes this feature amazing.

Love the dryer. Great features. It is actually the cleanest dryer we have ever owned - as in the amount of dryer lint that escapes out of the dryer into the room. We don't use all the features - do like the option for steam refresh and steam sanitize drying. Mostly use time dry and manually set the temperature. One tip for LG. When you design laundry equipment with a drum light - when the cycle is over and you open the door, the drum light should come on automatically and it should not time out after a couple of minutes. The user should have more control over the drum. At least be able to manually activate a door plunger to turn the light back on. Not on the LG machines (washer or dryer). It is an annoyance.

This failure could have possibly damaged the dryer due to excessive heat build up in the dryer. Your tech person, Samuel, repaired the dryer preventing a possible fire in the unit. Your presidential team rep failed to get back with me regarding the issues.

I purchased this for my new home and it’s a great product

This is my Second lg dryer I decided to go with the LG brand again because my last dryer last me for over 20 years but this new one is the best one. My electricity bill has gone down since having this new dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 4 months ago specifically to wash quilts, bedspreads, and throw blankets. Three to four blue jeans also wash well. Clothes come out clean with very little pre-stain treatment necessary. Like the Bright Whites setting and other settings to choose from.

I purchased this dryer, which is matched with a washing machine. The dryer has done a very good job of drying bedding materials, towels and the like. It, like the washer has a ton of features and runs pretty quiet. It’s a winner in my book.

The dryer sucks. It is just broken after one year when warranty expires.

We love our new LG Dryer. It has a large capacity and is super quiet yet highly efficient. Drys clothes in record time and with the connected app alerts us when it’s time to remove the clothes. Very happy with the outcome

I bought this a month ago. Lint collects on the bottom of the door. When you open the door it drops to the floor. Noticed moisture on the floor under the floor.

Bought new washer/dryer ordered what was in stock for soonest delivery. 4 Days later delivered & installed BUT dryer code on first use for no airflow. They had crushed new vent hose. AND the back right side base isn't touching floor so it rocks we found when leaning over to check vent issue. Now we have to wait a full week for a return service call to fix a crappy install! DO BETTER HD! Hire reliable 3rd party installers! So unhappy with purchase after this.
