I like the versatile settings of this combination oven but I have a problem with the design. The top microwave oven opens outward from the bottom instead of from the side like most microwave ovens. This makes it very hard to reach into since it is up high, and makes it difficult to remove heavy casseroles, etc., and almost impossible to clean without climbing on a step stool.

Much quieter than our old double oven. Love the versatility of the microwave and convection on top. Kids love the little song it plays . Next to the black chrome fridge it has become the centerpiece of our kitchen.

I bought two of these and they have a very loud fan that is on during cooking. Imagine how loud it is when I am using all four ovens. Then after I remove my food, the fans are still in effect while we are trying to eat. It is loud and quite annoying. That should’ve been conveyed to us before purchasing. I would never purchase again. One fan is loud enough to be disturbing!

Buyer beware: this model oven does not have the infrared cooking feature as advertised. after multiple deliveries, I decided to keep what I have, and I was compensated by Home Depot $$.  the oven received is wonderful, but it does not have the infrared part in the main oven as pictures above or as written in the description. We've been using this wall oven for about six months and haven't come across one issue to complain about. We moved from our previous house that had a similar style wall oven KitchenAid and this unit is by far much easier to use and our dishes are more evenly cooked. Also, this LG units notification sounds are pleasant and the control panel is much more intuitive than our last wall oven. We purchased the extended warranty directly from LG which was a better deal than the one offered by Lowes. I hope we never need to use it.

LG has developed an ideal speed and steam oven combination. The ovens deliver great results deliver an added versatility that I find to be the ideal unit. I highly recommend this unit!

We bought this convection microwave/oven combination about a month ago. We have tried a lot of the features that are available and they have all functioned flawlessly, from softening cheese in the microwave to using the convection function in the microwave (the turntable rotates for even cooking and my quiche was amazing) to the convection oven (two pizzas came out perfect). This is a gorgeous unit, with the bright blue interior and a clever touch screen (ours is WiFi enabled and you can access some functions through the app, and most conveniently, the app tells you when the oven in preheated or has finished cooking). We are so happy with our purchase!

Bought a month ago and have had time now to try most of the features. I like it a lot, although I still have to say that the timer has me stymied. The only thing I don’t like is that the bell alarm continues to sound on the microwave after you’ve cooked something- doesn’t shut off till you open the door and remove the food- annoying…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a built in microwave/convection oven and a separate convection oven with the LG combination unit. The new assembly is shorter than what we had making the controls more accessible. It is great.

While cleaning the microwave my arm touched the area around the light and now I have a severe burn that will scar. Overall the oven does well. Has features that I cannot figure out. Hopefully someone will contact me re: the burn. I've tried other products and none overheat like this.

You will need help to place oven in your enclosure, bulky. We have had zero operational issues so far, however the lack of cooking instructions for the features is the only complaint so far. Lg needs to offer a more detailed cook book with recipes showing the best methods

I was a bit skeptical in the loss of an oven but what we have now is so much better that what we had. And so much nicer. Just love our upgrade.

We got one and is very happy with it Love the Microwave/Oven comb feature. However, it seems you can see the bare metal based in the bottom. There is like a 3/4" inch opening between the metal vent trim and the bottom of the oven. Is it normal ?

I was a bit stressed at first, but it has been very easy to operate all the features. I really enjoy cooking and this set up is perfect. Thdd see tcway I get my double oven when I need it and a microwave that isn’t in the way. My telescope oven rack is fabulous! Can’t wait for the holidays and all the entertaining that fall brings with my new srr et t up.

My warranty had expired a few months prior to the issue but LG took care of unit's issues without charging us. Very nice touch LG! Other than that small hiccup. My wife, me and the kids have enjoyed this piece of hardware. I have one more small complaint; it's too bad you can't disable the never ending beeps (until you physically click clear) the unit will constantly keep beeping. One ending sound should be sufficient. Love the blue color inside the oven and it's very easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I purchased this oven to replace our double oven. It was a pretty straightforward install, the cutout dimensions were spot on. I love the fresher look it gives our kitchen and frees up counter space from where the conventional microwave was located. It’s almost to pretty to cook in, but the blue interior is easy to clean and even makes my dinners look appetizing! Lol! Controls are easy to understand and I keep my owners manual close by because it has so many more functions that I’m learning to use. Bye-Bye old oven and Hello to the new way to cook!

Works amazing and I'm extremely happy on how it looks

The convection oven, TurboCook™, easy clean and steam-bake options are nice features that we haven't had before. The only quibbles we have with this unit are that there is a fan that runs for several minutes after you use the microwave oven -- even if you only heat something up for 15 seconds. This seems like a waste of energy. The other thing we don't like is that after the microwave timer goes off, you have to manually press the UPPER/CLEAR button to get it to stop beeping and telling you that your food is done. Even if you open the microwave door and take your food out, it will continue beeping until you press the CLEAR button. These are two oversights which could and should be corrected with a firmware update. With those two issues aside, all of the other features are great, and we would recommend this appliance if you can live with having to press the CLEAR button and having a fan running for several minutes each time you use the microwave oven. I will note that the lower oven fan does seem to cool the oven down quicker than our old oven used to, and so the fan for the lower oven runs for a shorter period of time after we're done baking than our old unit did.

Looks great and seems to work well although we got a very uneven bake on a batch of rolls in the top oven. Biggest complaint is the trim piece on the very bottom seems incomplete. The base on our cabinet was cut unevenly and we expected the trim piece to cover. It does not. Microwave not as strong as the it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone that the microwave is finished, there is a prolonged beep. You have to manually turn off the beep or it will go on forever. I don’t understand what the purpose of the beeping is after you take the food out. Terrible microwave. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Works great. Lots of nice features! I have use the top microwave as a microwave and as an oven to bake. The bottom oven does a great job. In some reviews people said they could not see the control panel, I think you can see it just fine. Very happy with it.

Very happy. Plays interesting sounds when you use it. A lot of electronics. Get the warranty is what I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a smaller oven. I was concerned about enlarging the cabinet opening, and multiple attempts at trimming to fit. The installation instructions were very well written and easy to follow. The oven fit the first time and all connections worked. So excited about using the new convection capabilities.

I hope this is more of an oversight on my part, or perhaps a burned out light. I’m referring to the top control section of the oven. There is a small, bright LCD screen in the center of the control panel. This displays time and temperature information and is easily viewed. Outside of this small screen, there are many control buttons that are push to operate items. These buttons all have text on them. During the brightest part of the day, the text is readable. But in the evening when our lighting is lowered, it is impossible (in our kitchen at least) to see what any of the buttons say. Is there supposed to be some back light that may have not been connected, or burnt out. Last night at 10PM, I attempted to use the oven to pop some popcorn. The lighting in the kitchen was muted and I was unable to see any of the controls. I could obviously turn on all the kitchen lights, but I was surprised that this oven does not have illuminated controls. Every other appliance we have uses controls which can been seen in low light. Not this LG product though. It looks great in the daylight and after a few days of use, it seems to cook very well. But if I had known that the controls would be impossible to see in low light, I would not have purchased this.
