Our wash tower is easy to use very self-explanatory fits in our space and is Nice and big! I like the feature of Wi-Fi so I know when loads are done and need to be changed saving a lot of time using this feature

I bought this machine a couple months ago and often times when I go to turn on the machine with the app on my phone it does not work. The Wi-Fi does not connect well with the appliance - this is an appliance issue as my Wi-Fi is super close to the machine (signal strength is strong). With the Wi-Fi issue, the app often does not seem to see the machine (or that the app itself is a problem) in that I often cannot download the other wash cycle types due to the app not connecting. I found the only kind of solution is to unplug the machine to reset the Wi-Fi issue, but that only lasts a few hours or maybe a day. Very inconvenient.

Old washer died so we decided to go with a stackable. Glad we did! Quick, quiet and extremely efficient. Easy to operate, looks great and now we more space to utilize.

Great product. It runs smoother than stacked units. Both washer and dryer work seamless together. I’m someone who tries to buy American, but the Laundry Center has no counterpart and the product is awesome.

I bought this LG Studio Series Washtower so that I could trade in my 3 year old LG Washer & Dryer for a sexier, newer model that takes up half the floor space. I have had the Washtower for about a week and have done a ton of laundry, and these are my findings: PROS: * Takes only half the floor space than side-by-side units * Seems a little quieter than previous models I have used * Faster wash times * Dries very evenly * Middle control panel easy to reach/use CONS: * Doesn't come with a detergent tank * WIFI extremely difficult to set up

This tower of garbage was delivered yesterday. Ran my first load of laundry in it today. Washer washes. Dryer spins but doesnt heat. Over 2 hours of veing passed between distributer and LG, 20 minutes of which was just getting my phone number right. Now they tell me they will call back within 24 Business hours...on a friday...and that is to suppoaedly setup an exchange. Do not waste your time or money on this.

Love the product. Installation person was less than stellar - spoke little English and left the unit in the middle of the washroom sticking 12”+ out from the wall claiming it could not go back further when the specs require only 4” clearance for the vent pipe. Had no interest in properly installing - took all of 10 min and he ran out the door.

In todays modern ADU, condos or apartments you need a washer dryer that is counter depth , may fit in a 24" deep cabinet etc. This LG stack combo is great looking but too deep!

LG knocked it out if the park with the wash tower. Not only does it look cool, have a ton of features…it also saves space.

Clothes come out of the dryer ready to wear or hang without ironing. Really pleased with the decision to move laundry upstairs and the front loading washer and dryer.

This is one of the best washer and dryers that we have owned. It sizes the batches which speeds up the completion time. The clothes comes out looking great. Highly recommend.

I honestly don’t give a lot of reviews but with this one I need to. I had my old washer and dryer for 13 years and they are still running strong. But I seen this washtower and loved the controls for the washer and dryer all right in center genius. And with the height of the washtower where I can reach in and get my dryer without having to stand on my tippy toes wonderful. I’m 5’6” and had to stand on tippy toes with my old set. I had been doing research on the washtower’s to figure out all the difference between the towers. I ended up with the studio and I can wash all the bedding with no problems, even king comforter’s. It has the 5.0 wash drum, before I had a hard time with kings in old washer. I not only do bedding for my home, but also for our camper. Oh yes and this tower is smart also the washer lets dryer know what cycle you are running in washer and the dryer gets set to that cycle. I have had it for about 3 weeks and not regretting buy it at all. Our cloth's are drying in about half the time as the old set.

The ease of using washer & dryer in single unit has made so easy and connect to Wifi to enable cycle status from anywhere using LG Thinq app. When installed, it was found that dryer drum had big noise while rotating but it was fixed by LG service team pretty easily and there was no delay in scheduling their service.

Great Appliance. Beautiful design

Unit is quite amazing and also entertaining. Resembles Ironman or similar. Super powerful and very fast. Love it!!

It's very hand to have the controls lower, rather than like on our previous stacked washer-dryer. Love the lighting inside, the notifications on our phones, and everything about it. It's Energy Star also.

I am very disappointed. The unit does not have a no heat/air dry setting, which I consider to be a major deficiency. The dryer seems very slow and never fully dries my clothes without multiple cycles, even at the highest dry setting.The controls are complicated and opaque in function. Some options are unavailable at times, for no discernible reason. The wi-fi connection is not well explained and difficult to connect. Why require some cycles to be downloaded via the app? The washer seems to do a good job and is very quiet. The washer drum is very deep and I need to get down on my knees to reach smaller items, like socks, in the back (and my arms are fairly long). The buttons are supposedly touch-sensitive, but they often do not respond until I touch them several times. Overall this unit is frustrating and definitely not worth the very high price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item because I was trying to accomplish two things: save space in my laundry area with a stacking unit, and increase my wash/dry capacity (by volume). Unfortunately, this product is broken after less than a year, so I am back where I started. Based on my experience, this configuration is not suited for anything but installation on a cement first floor or basement. First, the bad: the washer volume is 5.0 cuft, but it is not capable of a very large load without destroying the bearings for the washtub. The wifi will only allow one user at a time to be linked to the unit; the spin cycle (even when the unit has been perfectly leveled) is ridiculous for vibration. Figuring out how much detergent to use is like trying to adjust the vertical hold on your tv with a blindfold on, the dryer vent sensor is VERY finicky, the dryer moisture sensor is VERY sensitive and will constantly adjust the dryer time without notice, the unit is HEAVY and BIG, the wifi app is constantly a problem (freezes and gets hung up on a single page), it is so new, there are no parts available. The good: there are a multitude of wash cycles on the app to choose from, the app will give you status of the washer and dryer cycles in real time, it is a HUGE energy and water saver over a regular washer dryer set, it looks nice, it is a stacking unit. Bottom line, for this price point, I think this unit has a LONG LONG way to go to be ready for primetime. Unless you are going to use this on a concrete floor in a basement or on a first floor and you only have very small amounts of laundry to do, this unit is not for you. I would keep shopping.

So far the machine is great. Cleans clothes well and dryer works well. Very roomy!

Really like it, also with space saved able to put in a sink

This unit replaced my15 yr. old LG washer/dryer set. This 1 pc unit is much easier on my back. The upgraded features makes this a no brainer. Very satisfied.
