Came quicker than expected, packaging box arrived slightly damaged but the goods was undamaged & sealed overall satisfied with everything.

The zipper came off of the track before we were even able to zip it up! Poor , poor quality!

Item is definitely added protection for the mattress even with an additional mattress pad on top of it. The bed bugs aspect is just a piece of mind for personal use vs. professional (pay to stay location).

Lucid Protective Waterproof Cover
The Lucid Protective Waterproof Cover was a little difficult to get the mattress in however, once we got it in and zipped up it fit very well. Not flimsy either.

Sorry to say, despite a dozen attempts to determine which was the short end, I finally gave up. Ends were elasticized and not a one person job to manage. Seemed great but epic failure on my part. :(

Not 100% waterproof
I suffer from pretty bad night sweats regularly, I bought this protector hoping it would protect my mattress but unfortunately it does let a bit of damp seep through it. It probably is adequate for spills where the liquid is removed promptly, but this is not feasible for me.

The size was not long enough to cover my king mattress. It was more like a regular sheet.

I thought it was going to be difficult to put...
I thought it was going to be difficult to put this cover on but it was really easy. Perhaps because my mattress is only 4”. We’ve had a couple warm nights and my feet have not been searching for a cool spot like usual.
