Very nice quality, very happy with it. My son likes it better than his hybrid mattress. My daughter loves it. As an adult, it is very comfortable. However, sitting on the edge of the bed is tricky... the foam sinks in and you are not supported like on a mattress with springs. You start to slide off and have to reposition (when changing my toddler's clothes in bed, for example). I also find it harder to get out of bed after she falls asleep since there are no springs to support my weight as I try to quietly roll out of bed without waking her. But, the mattress is extremely comfortable for sleeping. I would purchase this mattress again.

Could you tell us more about why you feel this way? The terry cloth top surface is designed to be cozy and quiet and the waterproof layer underneath is 100% waterproof. The protector is also backed by a 15-year warranty to guarantee its quality.

The mattress firmness is as I expected but I think...
The mattress firmness is as I expected but I think the mattress had been packaged for too long as it has a couple of low spots that never fully recovered once out of the box. The box also came pretty beat up and almost falling apart by the time I got it. I'll check about the warranty and see what I can do but at this point I'm thinking it was old stock and that's why it was discounted.

Definately Disappointed/Product Failed to Expand
I had high hopes for this mattress. It was purchased for my 75 year old mother (who is staying with me while she recovers from bypass surgery, a valve replacement, and a stroke) based on reviews. However, the mattress was delivered 11/19/20, it is now 11/26/20, and there is STILL a huge crater in the middle of the mattress that isn’t expanding. I am so dissappointed in this product I could cry. This poor woman is stuck sleeping on an air mattress because this product failed dreadfully

This mattress should have fully expanded within 48-hours of being opened. Since it has been longer than this, you may have received a rare defective unit and we will make it up to you.
