Great tool

Worked well for a couple of uses then ignitor failed and flame changed from nice blue chisel point to a random yellow ineffective flame.Bought another one to finish the job and the same thing happened.

Igniter stopped working on second use - very disappointing. Otherwise, works fine.

I used this to install driveway expansion joint material. Made for a very quick installation. Will also use on weeds when needed.

Igniter did not work so had to go old school and use a bbq lighter. Once ignigjted the can worked well.

Lighter didn’t work. Clumsy to frequently relight with needle valve and flint. I returned to HD.

This thing was sweet for your driveway crack filler needs. Used it repeatedly and works like a charm.

Works well but the sparker died after 20 or so cycles

It did not come with the right connector to the propane tank.

This worked very well for my purpose.

I use it to start camp fires wonderful

This torch was delivered promptly and it works well for my purposes of driveway crack filling with Pli-Stix, and for weed burning. No problems starting it or changing cylinders. The paint on the tip will burn off on first use, which is a bit weird but no problem. Sometimes the threaded inner brass needle will remain attached to the propane cylinder, to watch for that when changing cylinders. I will add that for using the Pli-Stix, the process really burns through the propane quickly, so cost-effectiveness is not great.

It makes the job so much easier and faster.

Easy to use, works well now, paint peeling at the tip but not surprising with the high temperatures.

Poor packaging made the nozzle get crushed/bent in shipping. Didn’t have time to exchange so I used it anyways. Think it’s effecting the shape of the flame coming out. Takes a lot longer to melt crack filler than I would have anticipated.

Not much else to say about it. Works as expected, except for the automatic lighter.

Recieved my torch yesterday. Had a minor malfuction. Called their customer service number. Very easy to deal with. A new torch is being shipped to me! Once I use it, I'll let you know how it works

The propane cane works real well on the asphalt repairs and saves on my back. I would definitely recommend it

A little pricey but does a great job - have a lighter with you when beginning because the starter doesn't always light the gas.

This is a nice tool. I have been using it to install Crack Stix in my concrete seams. It is light, and well built.

Pros: When lit, it melted the small amount of crack sealer I was willing to struggle with. No bending over. Cons: The button to light the flame did nothing. I finally used the lighter that came with my torch kit. Came packed with styrofoam peanuts to lighten up my local landfill. I didn't give this much of a workout because the material I was working with was too much of a struggle to push into the crack.

Work well but not best value. Others can be found.

This gizmo is very handy for use with the rubbery tar blacktop filler. Without it, you have to try to tilt an ordinary torch, and it frequently goes out. With this, however, you can perform the whole operation in a more convenient stance, and the torch does not go out.

I was looking for an alternative to clearing the small weed growth on my paver driveway and patio. This product works great without the overspray from chemical product. You can also use it to initiate and outdoor fireplace which is nice as well. It's a bit cumbersome for large weeds over large areas, but for those pesky pop ups, it works great.
