I installed this along with the Decora Digital Smart Dimmer and another Matching Dimmer Remote in order to control my LED hall lights that are listed as dimmable to 10%. Basically this is a 4-way switch. Everything is wired correctly, however, the lights flicker even at 100%. The flickering turns to strobing the lower the dimming gets. I have also installed another Dimmer and Remote on a kitchen light and there is some flicker starting at about 60% dimming. These are brand new "dimmable" LEDs and brand new Dimmers and matching Remotes and these problems persist. I would not recommend these. Unfortunately, I have discarded the packaging and I am stuck with them now. These have not met my expectations.

The product does not work as advertised. It loses internet connection if you have an auto router that uses the same name for both signals. I called their customer support and to this day they haven't got back to me with a fix. Can't believe their product does not work with modern internet routers. I'd give this a zero star and return the product but that simply way too much work.

This is great for a wired remote. The app functionality is also great. The wiring is very tricky to get right. It is NOT wired exactly like the 3way switch it replaced. Read and understand the instructions as the master switch can only go in the box with the wires that go to the light(s).
It failed to operate properly after 1 month of use....

It failed to operate properly after 1 month of use. Flickered my otherwise off lights when I turned on my ceiling fans, and turned itself on automatically without any provocation when I was working, shocked me and then never dimmed properly again.
