I have ordered, Purchase, Installed over 100 of these without problems until I installed one that was dead out of the box.I guess a first for everything.what happened to the contractor 10 Pack. it was the best deal.

works. replaced one from 23 years ago that was outside. Leviton reversed the line position on the back so don't assume they wire up same way without looking at backside even though the front side is the same as 23 yrs ago.
