Installed 3 of these switches 7 years ago when we bought our house. 2 of them have already shown problems. 1 is starting to pop out at the upper switch. Other just shorts out and behaves oddly: we use top switch for a fan, bottom for a light, and lower light switch doesn't always switch off when you flip it off. Then press just a little harder and it will turn the light off (without the switch even moving.) Then touch the switch again VERY lightly, and it flicks back on. Terrible quality.

Avoid this plastic junk - see the other 1 star reviews. The plastic on the rocker has broken for a number of people. Mine lasted 3 years. Oh, boy - a leviton product expert is going to reply here to offer to send me a replacement, so that one can break too. Just issue a refund.

Perfect for upgrading my space and super easy to install.

Easy to install. Prior one was the exact same one but the plastic button on off broke away from the housing after a year.

Like other reviewers have experienced, this switch broke after less than two months of use (by one adult). I will be pursuing a refund for this faulty product.

Good quality, good value. Rocker style switches are much easier to use and this dual switch modernizes a home during any remodeling job.

Looks nice, but does not last. The switches separate from the body of the housing, lasts at most a two years. Cheaply made. Two of these have broken on me so I went back to the hold style switch.

This switches only last a few months. This 2 where replacement for two that also had a few months only. Will definitely be trying another brand.

I really like these switches in the way they look but I've had to replace them far too many times because of broken tabs. It seems like they only last a year and then one of the switches will snap and you have to replace the whole thing.

I'd decided to change out all of the old style plugs and switches in my home to the newer Decora style but was a little stumped about what I'd do for a pair of switches that were one on top of the other in a single switch spot. Stumbled across this on the Home Depot site and - problem solved! Easy installation, plenty of videos online if you're unsure of how to install.

I have these in every room to control fans and lights separately. They help make the wall look very clean. Unfortunately they don’t last, I’ve replaced 5 of them already, they crack at the pivot point, which causes the rocker to pop out of the switch. When this happens the lights or fan stay stuck on until replaced. This shouldn’t happen with 4 or 5 year old switches.I’ll try another brand when the next one breaks. Leviton was my trusted brand.

Switch eas fine, not as quite as others as others. I have purchased all my electrical supplies from Home Depot but was disappointed with your labor day add. Both the 2 -pack outlet & usb charger and 3-pack 15 amp GFCI outlets were not available at the Blaine store the 2 times I stopped in. On labor day customer service checked and said the white bear store had several of both. Drove to the store and the sales person was helpfull but could not find any. As a retail person I asked could they be on an end cap, outpost area or vendor display. Not electrical was the response. I walked each isle thinking if it shows they have them they should be here. As I rounded the corner I found the 2 pack usb outlet in a cardboard vendor display and purchased 2 packs. I would of purchased 2 packs of the GFCI outlet as well but could not find them .

It works and looks nice. I used it to rewire my RV bathroom. When built, they put the light/fan switches in the back - hard to find in the dark. I moved the switches to the front, next to the door - much easier to locate.

Looks great. Used for a light/fan combo.

Excellent switch, perfect for my kitchen light and garbage disposal- just don't forget to break the metal tab on the side to split the circuit

Very easy to install

This was a real good update from our old wall switch. Easy to install with the enclosed instructions. I chose the white one and it looks good with the matching wall plate, purchased separately. It works like it's supposed to. The switch feels firm and not jiggly or loose.

The switch is very stylish. My wife likes this switch better than the double toggle switch. She says it looks more modern, even though they have been around for a long time.

I have several of these around the house, specifically in bathrooms for vent/heater/shower light/lighting in them. The attached photo shows my installation for two main bathrooms. They work well and are easier to install.

This is a great product. It was easy to install and allowed me to retain two switches and add a wireless control in the same to 2-gang box. (No need to tear out ceramic tile to accommodate a larger box.)

Used one to control the lights inside the shower area & one for the bathroom vent...works excellent

Needed to replace two bathroom switches that took up 1 1/2 spaces that the dual switch has. Saw this identical switch in a hotel, so when I got back home went to Home Depot to find one (actually two for two bathrooms). The old wall switches had only one electrical plug and I had to take out the night light (plug in) to plug in my electric razor. Drove me nuts every time. Now I have two electrical plugs with one dedicated to the night light and the other for whatever.

Small basement bathroom renovation using old electrical box required a double switch to control both light and exhaust fan. Not too many sources of this switch however Leviton comes thru in a pinch and it's perfect. Before and after pics showing how nice this switch is after the decorative plate is installed on a finished tiled wall. Good price, functional, decorative, and easily replaceable ,,, now nice is that?

Compact dual switch helped correct two full-sized rough and unsightly "jimmy-rigged" electrical switches originally put in place, one above the other in a narrow wall cavity to our home-office, probably as a temporary solution to control two sets of lights. Now it has a clean, professional look and enhances functionality.

Works fine, but I wish Leviton provided a 20A/15A combo switch (disposal in kitchen).

It's a switch, it works. Not heavy duty or bullet proof but good enough for home use.
