Sleek, modern design with good performance and smooth tactile feel. Dimming is very smooth, with no flickering and paddle switch is really easy to operate. The dimmer slider takes up very little space as it is quite narrow and moves in a shallow groove on the side of the paddle switch. Wiring is very easy. Like any three way switch, you need to know which lead is hot and which is the load. Our installation was just a two-way circuit, so we connected our load to one of the traveler screws (red one). The hot went to the black screw. Three way would use both traveler screws, of course.
We dim integrated LED under-counter lights with this and it worked right out of the box with no flickering.
We're very pleased with this unit and definitely can recommend it.

Will not dim dimmable led lights attached to a dimmable led driver after programming according to manufactures instructions.
