Very pleased with ease of installation and functionality. Not pleased that previous generation switch failed after 4 years.

Easy install and configuration with Leviton application and Alexa

I loved this product until they switched over from HomeKit to Matter. They were very reliable under HomeKit. One day I came home and half of my switches had updated to Matter. I went through the process to get them all re-added to the Apple Home app… only to discover that they completely removed a bunch of automation options. In HomeKit, you are able to automate all of its options. With Matter you can only automate on/off and brightness. All matter updated devices stopped working after a month.

Previous experience with Leviton, and standalone versus needing a hub was primary reason for purchase over other brands. The working with 'all' bulbs is plus. With a little heads-up this product can be a great buy for you. I was pleased that dimmer with wi-fi was no bigger than my original dimmer switch. Setup was a piece of cake. The 600 v max is plus. Instructions says not to use in a metal box; however, I put in a standard (but shallow) electrical metal switch box and the wi-fi was fine.

Easy to install and setup within the Leviton app, and just as easy, added it to home kit.

Actually, the product in general is great. However, I recently ordered two of these from Home Depot online and one of them arrived with paint on it and was clearly not new. They were sold as new, not as discounted or refurbished. The unit with paint on it didn't work and I had to return it to a local store.

Works great once installed but it’s bulky design makes it hard to fit in multi gang boxes or shallow boxes also the pigtails take up additional space I would prefer screw terminals

Works fairly well. Faceplate fell off multiple times during install and seems a bit flimsy. Not sure why the faceplate is removable but makes it feel cheap. We’ll see about to longevity

These joints is fiyahhhh!!! I be like, "yo Google! Turn them lights off!" And then **poof** lights out bro! We live yo! Love this dimmer. Super easy to install. Just remember to kill power to the area you're working on. Safety 1st.

Exactly what I wanted. Easy to use. Had it professionally installed but not necessary if you don’t have wonky boxes. Like the fact you can program.

We had 2 of these dimmers already installed (new home) so installing additional dimmers (for other rooms) was fairly easy. With the room breaker turned off, we took the switch plate (cover) off one of the dimmers and pulled the switch out and carefully looked things over with the instructions. Made the same connections with the new dimmers and everything worked. The Leviton app was a bit time consuming to set everything up. My suggestion is to schedule light settings appropriate for each room. Who wants to poke around adjusting lighting settings from phone or the wall?

2nd Gen devices & app work better and are cheaper than 1st Gen.

It keeps losing connection with the Wi-Fi so it’s not able to operate as it should very disappointed
