Crème color doesn’t match older Levteon covers

This is Home Depot's cheapest outlet cover and it shows. On my first attempt, I tried getting it flush to the wall, but before I could get it close enough, it cracked. Save your money and don't buy this because you're just going to have to buy another one.

It fit great and looks great. Can't beat the price either.

Great basic wall plate for the price. They've started putting the washers on the screws for these so the screw doesn't come loose (see picture). Still, I always check these in the store to make sure all the screws are in the package.

This is a standard hard plastic wall plate. The hard plastic type is rather brittle, easily cracked or broken if screwed in too tight, or the fit over the outlets is tight. For that reason, I prefer the vinyl, more flexible type of wall plate. However, this Leviton brand of wall plate is made in the USA, the price is right (especially if you need dozens of these), and it comes with the screws needed for installation.

I recently moved into a new house and had many things that needed to be fixed or replaced. Some big things, some little things. One of the little things was an outlet not having a cover on it. It is unsafe and just looks bad. I do not know what brand the outlet is but this cover fits perfect and secures well. It is not much but simply installing this cover on an outlet that is very visible makes a big difference.

I'm renovating a very old Mobile home that needs a lot of work. The outlet plate in the kitchen was missing and has a brown electrical box. This outlet cover in Ivory went with the old wall paper and made it easier to actually see the outlet using this ivory cover . It was easy to install with only a flat screwdriver. I liked that it had a metal washer on the back,which makes it easier to screw without making it so tight that It could crack .

These pair up well with the custom decorated light switch covers and are easy to install.

This Leviton standard sized 2-gang outlet plate is a quality,traditional rigid plastic wall plate. No unsightly rippling or flexing like you might get with some nylon plates. This plate is the standard size, so for installations where the gap between wall board and the box is excessive, you may want to consider the midsize or oversize plate, but for a really professional look, this standard plate is perfect. We've found that you will typically want all the plates in the same room the be of a uniform size and color, so as long as all the outlets in the room are suitable for standard size, these are perfect. With these rigid plastic plates, you will also want to make sure that the outlets are flush with the wall, which they may not be if the box in which they are mounted is not flush with the wall board. If the outlets are recessed or need to be left somewhat loose to make them flush, these plastic plates may crack at the screw holes after repeated insertion of plugs in the outlets. You will want to make sure the outlets are secure and flush when using these plates. We've always been pleased with Leviton products and these plates are more confirmation. We highly recommend them

Fits perfect and looks good. They come in various sizes and colors too, depending on your preference.

These are made of hard plastic not nylon. the problem with that is hard plastic will crack and shatter like glass, where nylon will bend with out breaking. can not be cut normally or with out great difficulty. needless to say mine cracked and broke, so even though it can and will be used I am not happy with the end result. this review is also a note to my self to not get this product again.
