I ordered 2 of these, they came late, wrapped in brown paper only (no other packaging). The mounting screws were inclueded but nothing to cover the screw heads or hide them. Rather diappointing but they did work.

Good hooks
I needed coat hooks for garage, this was much cheaper than buying individual hooks and it worked great on a hollow core door.

Out of Touch Design
The three counter-sinked pre-drilled holes are just randomly put on the unit. No one on the factory floor noticed that they won't work for 16" or 24" centered studs in a typical American home. Worse, if you used one of the hole, the matching hole would be blocked by one of the hooks. At the end, I had to drill two new holes to make it work. It is too bad, as I've found the quality and price of the unit are good.

I ordered this and it arrived without any mounting hardware....
I ordered this and it arrived without any mounting hardware. I returned it to the store and ordered another and the second one arrived with only two screws and and wall anchors and no screw caps to cover the screws

Installation was a snap but no wall anchors were included; just the three screws. No big deal. Sturdy and holds coats, etc, just fine. Be sure to snug up the hook screws before you install it. Good purchase.
