Product is excellent had shipped to store and curbside pickup all was above Baird service only issues is in handling some boxes were damaged on corners was able to use due to a small project

Love this floor. First installed in 2020. And have been using it in each room since. Dogs, furniture and traffic are no problem.

Major issue with this product
We purchased 1800 feet of this flooring to redo the floors in our entire home after a major remodel. We like the rustic look, pockmarks, etc..
The installers said it was the most difficult engineered floor product they had worked with; The seams would not interlock, The planks would separate in finished sections. 2 years later we are looking at replacing all the floors in our house as it's separating.
Don't consider this product. Post a follow-up if having similar issues

Home depot staff was great but the order arrived damaged every time with chipped connections and peeled wood. It had to be reordered every time. Over 7 reorders were made costing the company thousands in damaged goods. I would not consider buying floors online again as this ordeal cost me my time, hundreds in gas and stress. Out of the 23 I ordered I still have 4 incomplete damaged boxes to be used for cuts, so not all are in good condition for the money I paid.

I got 2 six foot transition pieces which cost over $45 each and was disappointed to find out that they don't snap in so they'll have to be drilled so I can screw or nail.

This floor had a purple ring to it in our room. It is also a very plain floor. We choose another color.

Very easy to install and looks great but surprisingly easy to scratch. I found marks that I couldn't feel but could see (as if it were under the top coat) even before a had moved anything back in the room. Tried various methods to remove/fix but with no success. For the price I will go a different flooring next time.

Not actually made by Lifeproof
Not a great product. It scratched easily and dented too easily to be lifeproof. IIt also started to splinter near the seems. I called lifeproof and they said they dont make an engineered bamboo product. Tried to warranty it through home depot and the 3rd party inspection guru denied our claim. This is truly a waste of money.

It came in all different colors and shades, I had to find a remedy quick that was in stock due to this. Also, scratches easily. Most of the box was damaged before I even was able to get it out.

This flooring is not really bamboo. It contains a very thin bamboo coating, and that's all. Further, the tongue that is used to lock it into place is "white," not bamboo covered. This results in any gaps due to floor expansion of movement being "white" and highly visible. You will need to impact and rack this flooring together just as much as any non floating floor, so do not count on saving time.
